good luck with your new acquisition. I like SC 66 very much. both fit and denim... I think you did good choice. denim of 66 is quite fast fader and in couple of weeks will be molded on your body as glow....

SC 66 is most close to original cut of Levi's 66 than TCB other brands, which tend to modify cut. I have a pair of SC 66 and LVC 66 and cut is very similar. TCB 505 correlates with Levi's 505. I have LVC 505 which are much slimmer than cut 66. 505 is slim Ramones style....

I have experience with my vintage 70ties Lee 101J Stormrider lined (wool), which was new condition I bought (never washed). After 2 years of wear I washed it in 30 degrees C. Although that jacket was sanforized and lining pre-washed, it shrinked little bit. But both, denim and wool same. I don't know what can do hot wash. I would expect wool will shrink more than denim.

I can recommend Skoob Tokyo (bookS :o)). I have them couple of months and from first day I feel in as in home shoes...
