@reallypeacedoff Mine have had a very hot soak, a 20 Degree machine wash and now a cold soak, so it’s doing not too bad. The ink hasn’t lasted too long sadly, as I really like the design.

My Dad just found this in his draw. Mice have eaten his merino base layer and stored peanuts from the bird feeder in the garden in it. Countryside living!

Heres an arm stretched selfie. In natural grey daylight. This perspective makes my ankles look like they taper to a needle point! They’re plenty wide really.

After driving 350 miles from Brighton (that’s a long drive in the UK) up to the Lake District to visit my Dad yesterday, here's the view from his window of Bowscale. Just near the more famous Blencathra. It’s bloody cold too. Looked like this on 11th January though. Much prettier.

Ouch! I agree completely though. This is really my own doing. If I bought less and maybe thought a bit harder (about tax in this case) then I could save a fortune. But where’s the fun in that?! Did you at least love the item you bought? I hope so? I feel that if you end up really enjoying the item then the cost of it is at least somewhat softened over time.

Someone mentioned that it might be cheaper to fly to Rome to collect the jeans in person. I didn’t actually think that was true until I looked it up when having my coffee this morning. I live about 25mins from the airport… There would even be change for a coffee. I’m doing local pick up next time 😁

I did ask for the insurance but didn’t think of the tax. My fault I guess. Still a bit sickening. Just bought 2 Cushman sweatshirts from Japan. Shipped, they each cost about what this bill was. I lost a new sweatshirt to HMRC today gang! Scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. Monday was an extra £12! I’ll take the savings where I can get them. Still very much looking forward to them

The 47s are quite ‘normal’ in the rise. I’m wearing them now. Nothing unusual about them to report.

No buddy, that’s the rear LEFT pocket you’re looking at! Just flip them over, I’m sure you’ll see the flasher now 😉 Toss the Pizza 🍕

Thanks @fabes I have the heavy weight version, but I’m looking for a grey normal weight option. Your pictures are very helpful
