I went down to grab some photos at sunset in Sydney today, i got lucky with some great lighting.

No no no. If you buy an unsanforizd pair and don't wash soak them you deserve to be banished.

But seriously unsanf denim NEEDS to be put in water before you wear. The reason you don't need to with your 3soxteen and apc is there has been multiple process done to the denim (sanforization) that negates needing an intial soak.

Okay thought it looked very similar to to the 1003SXX. I am even more stoked now.

Damn, anyone know the denim used on this? 

 

Exnay the soak, an replace with a wash. Zero point in soaking when washing will take care of all the shrinkage, and you won't have to worry about it down the road.

Have to say their new shop is looking sharp, along with this shirt.... If my jacket purchase falls through I may have to get this, but now foxy has me scared because I can't really tell the measurements by their online shop. Seem weird..

 

Yeah, have an XL in the 5335 denim workshirt and it's almost too small in shoulders and length. Odd sizing, but they seem to tweak fits from season to season if the shirts make it past one season

Denim is pretty nice on those evisu, but holy the arcs and the Japanese absolutely kill it for me.

6002 is also way better than 6006...

Shoulder: 19.25"

Sleeve: 24.5"

Back from base of collar: 24.5"

I haven't washed mine yet so there may still be some shrinkage left. Did you get any in yours Ben?

now that i got the first taste of SDA i'm really tempted to try their 'normal' denim, especially when i heard they are hardy and slow fading and seeing Foxy's pictures above. too bad DWC locks me into my pair for the next 21 months.

Do it. They do it the best whether it's their regular 14.5 or their crazy denim. My x's-33 have gone through more than any of my other pairs and have held up the best.

By the way, regarding the TFH type II jacket... I have a feeling that this is a discontinued item now. Ben mentioned this to me prior to my own purchase and the guys at Take5 told me the same. I have seen the upcoming TFH FW15 catalogue and it does not feature in there. So if you see one, snap it up!
