Seems like they are not represented the best and when they're it's their standard stuff, which isn't bad. But BiG has to be only international place that takes a risk with some of their new/limited/one run cuts

Most of the other Japanese brands are "sexier". People's first foray into Japanese denim is usually samurai, pbj, IH or tfh. Then a chunk seems to go with the lesser known brands and sda falls in between all of that.
That's just my take but would be Inretested to hear what others think.

D1677 size 34 washed measurements (inches);
waist: 31.5
front rise: 10
back rise: 13.5
thigh: 12
knee: 9
hem: 8.5
inseam (unhemmed): 33.75
They've shrunk a lot. The rise is low. Ball crusher low. They feel tight at the waist because they sit so low on my hips. Gives me a killer muffin top. If the rise was 1" taller front and back, I'd be head over heels for them. The loose weave feels like it will stretch quite a bit, especially in the waist and hips, but I don't think the rise will give much at all.
ATM, I'm not sure how I feel about them... denim, construction, details, etc. are all amazing, but the low rise is almost too low for me. The proportion of the back pockets to back yoke is too close, and gives them a cramped look. If the rise was higher and there was a little more space between the yoke and pockets it would better. I don't mind the big back pockets.
I know comfort is all that matters, but they look like they fit perfectly. Be patient, I felt same way about my 33 and over time either I got use to it or it stretched just enough to be comfortable.
But if you grow tired of them I may be interested.

No matter how how I size on any cut, slim or straight I get crotch blow outs. Jusst seems inevitable for me.

^^seriously you do, took me a few minutes to collect my jaw from the floor when I opened the package and felt the denim
^I doubt it. I feel like I look like a celebrity wearing shit like that to work where everyone wears scrubby clothing. Hopefully moving into cabinet making and off on my own so might swing it then.

Pretty wrinkly coming right out of the wash, but wow. Fit is pretty much SPOT ON what I was looking for, couldn't be more stoked. I don't normally tuck my jerseys in, but was in the middle of watching a game and un tucked didn't work for photos.
Not sure what is up with the my the pose I was doing here...

I always had this assumption that warehouse was just your basic blue jeans, but I was pretty far off with that.

Yeah I thought it looked fairly long as well, but cropped and or boxy denim shirts are not flattering imo.

Is Inoue-San down to do something special for us, or is that pushing the limits.

Just received the 2001. Ordered Friday, at my door Tuesday. Will always be amazed at how fast and cheap ems is..Pictures will likely be tomorrow, girlfriend has the laptop for work. I can honestly say that I am blown away by the 6x6 denim used. Very irregular inside and out, with some stray cotton fibres poking out. Also love how warehouse has tweaked this to be a hybrid type 2, a nice slimmed down (through arms and back) with a cinch on the back too.
Sure to say I am throughly impressed with warehouse do far

Wow, that is fucking perfect. Love it, and can't wait to get that to best up. Is this a completely new denim used to be similar to the roebuck?

Aeropress can be used for espresso? Never knew that, only ever seen it use for coffee. If that's the case I will cop one right away.
Currently use a chemex

Don't want to derail this but only place I'd know to ask. Can I get a French press style maker for espresso??

Thanks Brad! You sure gave them hell
These were the easiest fading jeans ever. I honestly didn't do much physical stuff in them. But may Ethernet 8 or so washes did the trick.

Why are you posting that here?
Also, I'm not sure if it's hilarious or depressing how bad /rawdenim is. Anyone else with me..
Way to many sensitive sallys over there.

I love the XX denim. Mine have gone through at least 10 washes and 8 dryer sessions, and I am sure they went through more before I received them (bought from Bf) and they still have so much life indigo in them it's nice.

Thanks a lot guys! I've been really trying to improve my photography lately and its nice to get some positive feedback.
@bradl...how about dem Jay's, first place, I'm missing all the action here in Australia. There is literally zero coverage for any sports other than rugby
Was in first place, but got beat up by the yankees last two games. There is someone who streams all the jays games over youtube in 1080.
