basically she went from Wetseal to Urban Outfitters to Anthropologie
This. Exactly this.
I've known her since 4th grade and had a couple classes with her in high school. She's not korny at all and a great singer to boot.

mounted my bridgestone spitfire S11's today. finished scrubbing them in and they feel awesome for sport touring tires. been scraping my foot pegs all day
also picked this up and it's been pretty useful so far

I use my rear brake to scrub speed but I use my front brake to stop. Knowing how to use your brakes and getting comfortable with them is key to becoming a better rider.

Vanson Comet. I held out for a long time and finally found a perfect fitting jacket for 50% off. Dainese, RS-Taichi and Rev'It all fit me very well.
/rant.
I'm beginning to see a lot of new riders and it's keeping me away from the twisties Lots of skittish riding and crashes lately which means the police have been patrolling all the local roads. And I see people NOT filtering through traffic but staying between cars now too.

Got my package from Gruntle last week. Sorry I didn't post it sooner. Fantastic job though and I love every bit of it.
Nobody ever gets me motorcycle gear so it was great to get some related stuff. The tank bag works great by the way! Coconut ferrero rochers and gummies bear #sogood
yeah supreme beanie
almost done making my package, it'll be out at the end of the weekend.

^I was looking at that exact same pen today in white. Do you have the fine nib? What ink are you using and does it write well with it?

Has anybody tried out the Snugpak Rocket Pak? Looking for something lightweight to use while backpacking. Seems like a good price as well.

That bike would look way better with a slimmed down tail but retaining the same shape.
I agree, I'm trying to find the rear seat cowl as I have the stock seat.
Evil: was that fairing custom? I thought they were only naked.Yep, I have a full set of track fairings as well with no headlights. I like the dual headlights look though, a la' fzr400 and vfr400.
That hawk is fucking sick. The NT is such a killer bike for the money. Buddy of mine lets me take his around for a flog every once in a while and the thing just screams with a minimum amount of upgrading. Super good purchase for a buck there. I think there's a dude in New England somewhere named Hord who is the living god of all things Hawk. http://www.hordpower.com/ is his site.It looks like I have a Penske rear shock and racetech valves and springs in the front end. Speaking of Hord, I just ordered a handful of parts from them, talked to Hord on the phone and he was super friendly. Have you seen their race bikes? fap fap fap.
Here she is now though...
Tore apart the carburetors, one looks pretty good. The other is completely fucked. The jets are all gunked up which is probably why it wouldn't start.
Fuel pump is good, going to check compression when I get a hold of the sparkplug hole adapter. Ordered new diaphragm, intake boots, and float bowl gaskets.

I don't know why but I love reading tumblrs of really korny/stupid asian girls. Not the reblogs but their actual posts whether it's complaining or just their thoughts. It's usually about how their parents won't let them get their belly button pierced, or their boyfriend asking them to prom, etc.
I get a mixture of frustration and joy out of every one. It's not that I want to be up to date on their lives but I'm just so dumbfounded by their thoughts. Most of it is nonsense and has nothing to do with me but I suppose it's amusing. I especially enjoy when they whine about their "friends" or wonder why they're getting DUIs.
Is there something wrong with me?

what should i look for when buying a used CB750F?
http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/van/mcy/2405849992.html
thinking of this, price wise is it good?
I had a ruckus for a few months, but want to move up
go for it (10)
check out sohc4.net , sign up for their forum, read every sticky and FAQ on that site. If you're down for a ready built cafe racer, that realistically costs.... $1500, go for it. I could make a living off chopping up old Hondas and turning them into Cafe racers. There's no cost in making a cafe racer, you're just taking off parts and stripping the bike down.
You're better off getting a smaller bike anyhow. I have an 82 CB750F and it's 550lb wet. It took quite a bit of seat time before I was truly comfortable on it and backing it up is still a pain. Riding a scooter is drastically different from motorcycles as well... I highly doubt a few months riding a ruckus is anywhere near adequate training.
and to stay on topic, i love filtering through traffic, especially when it's at a standstill. and when I downshift real fast and I get a little backfiring and burble from the exhaust.

1988 Honda Hawk NT650
Just picked this up for $1000. Put in a new battery, new sparkplugs, fresh gas but she won't start up. One of the carburetor diaphragms has a tear in it as well $100 for a new one. Checking the fuel pump tomorrow.
Came with the stock front wheel, track fairing (no headlights or signals), stock seat, and rear stand. The tires are brand new and you can see a visible seam on the center of the rear
Just found my new track bike

me? I love that feeling of lofting the front wheel over a crest. and riding without hands and making obscene gestures at people.

im have to be one of few hooligans on here.
I've been wanting to build a supermoto out of an XR650L or a CRF450...
Quit reminding me that I don't have the funds

Maxpedition Pygmy Falcon II here, love it to death. I have abused it and used it as a daypack around the world. It doesn't stand out like a normal MOLLE/PAL everywhere military inspired pack which is nice and the addition of mesh pouches on the side are a plus.
The photo makes it look like a vending machine but the pack softens up and doesn't look ridiculous.
It holds all my school stuff but it's a tiny bit too small for my 16 inch widescreen laptop in it's case. It can fit but it's not convenient and makes me miss using a messenger bag.
I especially like the bungee cord on the bottom because I can fit my Nalgene there if I use the mesh pockets for other crap. It also fits a small jacket if you roll it up. It's held up pretty well so far and it's really comfortable for what it is.

Indeed a 550. You can always spot a 550 by the spacer between head and carbs and how almost always the pod filters are squished becausse there is so little room. (carb spacing doesn't match head port spacing and requires a spacer).
I consider it a cafe already! Clip on handles and rear sets and fiberglass seat?
I do have more plans for it. I wanna hide the electronics and clear out the "triangle"
May always seems to be the time when I see people buying "cafe racers" for 4k+. I'm mildly sick of all the chopped up hondas with rattle canned tanks, fucked up seats, and incredibly uncomfortable bars. Living in San Francisco, I constantly get questions on my "cafe racer" CB550K even though it is completely stock with the exception of superbike handlebars.
Then again, I love the RSC and HRC race machine's of the 60s and 70s. I will probably end up turning my 550 into something like this.
I'll keep the Corbin seat and the tank but I'll probably fuck around with my exhaust and get a fairing. Just don't really know what colour I want the fairing as I want a bare metal look...
Also, anybody know of a fork brace for the 550? or even an 82 750F dohc... I'm about to take apart my swingarm and install bronze bushings

Rebuilding my 750F's calipers. Has anybody had experience using silicone brake grease instead of brake fluid when installing the dust seals?
Also, is that a 550F?

Have you thought about this?

I've had a friend use one with great results on the track. A steering damper would be nice as well. Also, have you done the airbox modification?
