  1. does evil crayon and exteeng know each other? cuz i got a package from evilcrayon that had the similar candy and the same smiley face stickers.

left my camera cable at a friend's place, but i'll upload pics as soon as possible

    thanks evilcrayon!!!!!

I probably went to get you candy 6 or 7 times. I kept eating it all -___-

  2. update: spoke with the guy again

the title on the bike is "irreparable", meaning i have to get another frame with clean title and swap it

is it still worth the price? frame will cost me at least $500. guy said i can do this myself. is it decently easy to swap the frame yourself? i work on cars with my dad but motorcycles is a first

Definitely doable but to be honest, it's not that special of a bike to be worth the effort. It'll never ride as nice as it did stock and you'll end up spending a buttload of money. If you're set on a Ducati Monster and don't care for the all the fancy new stuff on the 696, I'd personally give it a shot.

  3. those 301s seem a bit too tight for my liking but the progress is pretty fucking awesome

Give it a week to stretch back out to normal. I just handwashed and then wore them damp while riding a motorcycle to dry.

^ its just that Bobby has a very feminine lower body. and 301s are supposed to fit slim. it was a match made in heaven.

    True story.

Just copped a bit of Candy Jack. Had a snap and ate everything in my pantry.

also, just cleaned my bong after the downstem got stuck in it 5 months ago and I let it sit. This is after letting it soak in alcohol for 24 hours...

  5. Just learned how to ride for the first time today. So much fun.

Isn't it the best? Nothing compares.

Does anybody have any knowledge on wiring horns? I'm looking at you denim phenom. I have only ever used stock horns or just didn't have one. A friend of mine has a set of hella supertones from a police auction bike but the wiring is just gone.

  6. i never see women in raw/nice denim around here so to me they are just mythical creatures from the interweb.

It's because I keep them in my garage.

sup neptunecitylocal, exteeng, & p4rkkit. my favorite denim girls :P

  7. I feel like I'm seeing more and more people with tattoos and now it's getting to the point where it makes me want to not get one. Seems like whenever I'm on this thread, I can't wait and I really just want to get on it but then I go to the gym or something and it's just hundreds of short asian guys with dragon tattoos.

I'm going to head into Skull and Sword tomorrow and if the sketch comes out as perfectly as I want it, I'll get it.

  8. I saw this bike off the main strip in Harajuku and I fell in love with it. I spotted an 81 CB750 by my place for $950 which I think will be my first motorcycle. Opinions on that idea are welcome.

This is mine. 82 CB750F. Incredibly heavy bike that's really well balanced. I rode mine from LA to SF along Highway 1 the day I bought it.

ok so i'm new to bikes and looking to get a CB550 as my first bike. it'll cost me roughly $1000-$1800 for just the bike. is that a lot for ~40,000 km (25,000 miles)?

also plan to cafe it with my dad, and am pretty psyched. wondering if anyone who has completed a build could give me a rough estimate of the total cost. thanks in advance for any info

and my 76 CB550K. I replaced the bars with a lower rise but didn't cafe it since I was commuting on it daily.

  10. I love it. Good to see some serious motorheads on Superfuture, especially ones who are so passionate about motorcycles.

I'm running knobbies/dual sport tires on the street right now and it's actually really fun being able to transition to dirt and has gotten me out of traffic on more than one occasion.

It feels weird when I get wheelspin though.
