  1. That's a champion reverse weave
  2. 50s after another wash 🔵 I've avoided the dryer this time to reduce any shrinkage
  3. I kinda like this. They look really clean. Wonder why the change after all these years though
  4. Noticed Nudie Jeans have a new wider fit called Loud Larry. Their 30 size has a 11 inch hem. Pretty cool though as usual with nudies selvedge options are overpriced https://www.nudiejeans.com/product/loud-larry-dry-selvage
  5. Cheers @blooming ! I have washed these quite a bit actually and was kinda going with the whole Hayashi-san method but tbh with having young kids the jeans get pretty gross anyway after a week or two. They fade so fast though that I might still get a bit of contrast despite the regular washing.
  6. Update on my 220a 3 months of occasional wear These have molded really well to me and despite being heavier oz than I'd normally go for they are very comfortable.
  7. You won't regret. So comfy
  8. Fit pic courtesy of my daughter TCB 50s Vintage sweatshirt Jordans
  9. Giving the TCB 50s another go. This time went up a size to a 36 and I'm liking it a lot more this time. A similar wide fit to my fullcount 0105w but with a lower back rise. Really love the fabric. I've never had any levis 50s deadstock but I imagine these are very close
  10. Nice wee interview but I am confused as they talk about the XX denim and recreating it from the 1930s banner. I've got the Lot.220A offset XX but is that the basic model or is it the XX that they are discussing?
  11. I know but £300? Can't justify that. I decided to go for TCB 50s. The hem seems wider than maybe a true 55 cut but the fabric seems great. Went up a size 36 and the feel much better this time round. Or maybe I'm just getting fat
  12. I really like the cut of the levis lvc 1955 501s and from vintage examples the fades too but they seem to be £300 most places here in the UK. Although Bears Tokyo sell them at £188 (though currently out of stock in my size) My question is is it worth waiting for Bears to restock? Do they restock lvc often? I had heard that LVC was discontinuing? Or should I look elsewhere for a repro 501 55 cut and if so which would be the most suitable regarding accurate fabric and cut?
  13. Alot of thrift today Vintage made in UK wool coat Vintage Wrangler shirt. Really love this shirt. Very soft. Vintage Tommy Hilfiger chinos NB
  14. Uniqlo shirt, m&s jumper, Levis 501 vintage (should probably patch the knee up) & NB
  15. I don't get why if the 220axx is supposed to be a repro of 50s levis then why is it 15.5/15.9 oz? Shouldn't it be 14oz after washing? Seems like the weight would be something easy to replicate. Saying that they don't feel particularly heavy and soften up quickly
  16. @NilsLW That's very helpful thanks a lot
  17. @NilsLW Have you tried Sugarcane 66 by any chance? The measurements seem much wider (bigger) but wondering if the denim is similar to 710
  18. I sold my 710s a couple years back as I found they were too slim for my taste but I really loved the denim fabric. Are there any other jeans out there at a similar price point that have a fabric like the 710s in a relaxed straight or regular straight fit? Should I be looking for a 66 type fabric? They are 14oz but Resolute seem pretty secretive of where the cotton comes from saying that cut and colour is more important so finding hard to know what to look for in other brands
  19. These Jeans are really getting funky. Never experienced such fast faders before and only a couple month of wear, washing and drying- 220A
  20. M&S shirt and Jumper Levis 550 vintage Blundstones
  21. Vintage jacket mia, champion hoodie, Denime 220a, Blundstones
