Plant-vibes
we sadly don't have a yard, so the balcony is our little green sanctuary. On coincidence my color scheme matched the balcony today while watering the plants.
Old shirt - Shortened the sleeves and tie-dyed it
SDA 102s - yellow overdyed and degraded to dirty work
bare feet - very own and homegrownseen below are three coffee plants and a random cactus
blueberries to the left, yuzu to the right.
The yuzu lives outside and has seen snow and - 5 °C or less shortly after being planted, seems robust enough for outdoor growth around these parts of germany.bay leaf and lavender, the bees especially like the lavender, but we planted a mix of flowers for bees in a few planters as well recently. These should be a bit bigger once we come back from vacation.

DC4 in Berlin carries Resolute now ;) Pricing looks similar/compatible with japanese retailers, plus free hemming for jeans bought from them ;)

^ keep in mind: they changed the blanket lining recently. wanted to get one myself but the lining wasn't as i remembered it when i handled it a few years ago. I think now it's softer and less scratchy but feels less warm..

Might cop some flack for this, but considering a pair of Lee 101 just for the back pockets!
Any experience with them?
have/had a pair, must be at my parents place somewhere.
cool jeans, run big in the waist and small in the thighs. pretty high rise and solid construction. denim fades nice aswell IMO. but they use poly thread for the stitching if thats a turn off for you.
might as well consider the length on them, mine were a tagged L34 and came in at about 92 cms or so

@Thanks_M8 thanks man! You just convinced me to pull the trigger on a pair of 33s from Grailed! Had a pair in 32 that I grew out of.
BTW who hemmed your pair or is that the factory hem?
thanks mate they are great.
about the hem: I don't know tbh. Got them like this from Yahoo auctions, they were lightly worn back then. lengthwise factory hem could be possible at 78cm.

would love to have a pair in a wider fit aswell, but these work really well for me right now.
getting washed weekly right side out lately, being summer jeans and all.

Kinda never got the thing about the super heavy slubs like PBJ, Oni and Tanuki.
Also IH, tried a few of their jeans, and the cuts seem to be a bit off for me, that combined with the heavyweight denim and underwhelming durability makes it even worse...
Nowadays the only pair I have from them, sits around at my parents place, for when I have to work in their yard.
I do like the old SDA stuff, but the new tab placement just doesn't do it for me. I would have loved to try FC but that whole thing with the TCB 20s contest kinda ruined them for me.
So maybe some grievances here and there might be there1

Oi mate, I've heard some great and some shitty things.
Depends on what you are looking for. Great for yard-furniture and leftover tickets for local festivals, shitty for pets and flats Probably neutral for bikes and the likes.
I think Tilmann has more user experience with it.
From my knowledge it's more of a local-focused version of ebay, with the possibility for cash payment, direct contact to the seller and direct pick-ups.
