I know this may sound really stupid but the only real way to get more explosive is to lift as explosive as possible. I know it sounds dumb but its really all you can do.

My mma coach specifically had me start training more for explosive strength about 8 months ago. big breath and explosive exhale on the push/pull as fast as hard as possible and keep the weight heavy. after 8 months of doing this pretty exclusively It is really showing.

Doctor just hooked me up a few days ago but it says I need to check back because I dont have any friend request available at this time. My boss has been asking me for a demonoid account for about a year now so he is the only one I wanted to hook up as well. Just curious how long it took you guys to start generating codes.

I dont know if your ratio has anything to do with it but in 3 days I have DLed about 7 gigs and Im seeding everything. Im guessing maybe your friend request codes may be based off how much you share?
