Your body needs fat. and more then 5%. why do you think the top athletes in the world are not under 5% BF??

Even the Thai guys you see in Thailand that are REAL bad motherfuckers are well over 5% BF. Its not practical or useful...

Syc, being that I have been training for MMA for just under 5 years now i think im qualified to ask, Why the hell would you want to stay under 5% BF? only time you want to be under 5 is if you are a competing bodybuilder...

Those are some nice numbers for your size though. both my quads equal about 135 lbs

I'm looking for some good tips to start out leather crafting. I'd like to start off a new hobby and try and hand craft something small at first (bracelets and maybe wallets)

Does anyone have any good resources, websites or tips on this? I'm trying to find a place to buy undyed and untanned natural leather and also a good place to find some start tools.

The 24oz-Ls have the new Samurai arcs. Only Samurais sold in the US do not have arcs and tabs. You'll need to get some proxied from Japan if you live in the US and want arcs and tabs. You should be able to find some 24oz-Rs on Rakuten. Then just check out the proxy thread.

Totally forgot about the levis lawsuit... I was just being stubborn and didnt want to use a proxy. Its one of those things that I have never done it so im resilient against it... looks like I have no choice now. Thanks apple!
