  1. Fardin, I believe you are the king of finding things online! Thank you so much! I might not be buying the Mister Freedom things I had planned on buying due to road champ being eaten, but I still want to buy those pants. I am so stoked you found them!

    John, I am a size 7 in Road Champs. I wear 7-7.5 in in most everything. In modern Chippewa's I'm a 7.5.

I'll have to keep an eye out...the ones I had in mind for you are much too big.

  2. Sweet! Too bad there's only size 40 on the deck jackets. I've been searching for a 36...or a midnight CPO in a Small to pop up. Thanks tigerprawn!!!

Seriously going through MF purhase withdrawls. Gotta buy something soon :)

  3. ^you might get the shirt sooner than you think...he ships perty darned quick. There's no doubt I will be the owner of one, so I will definitely have a review. Will be giving my two cents on them once more images are made available. So far, though, I'm definitely sold on 'em.

Edit: These will be made with Horween Chromexcel, BTW.

  4. Here are my WESCO, boss boots. These were made to order for my very narrow foot. Marineabillys blog (http://vintageengine...s.blogspot.com/) was extremely helpfully in researching my order before I placed it. Western last in standard heel height. Personally I love the western profile very vintage looking, standard brown stitching on the uppers and white stitching on the sole. Standard Black steer leather, which is quite flat almost pull up in appearance. Vibram #705 half sole with brown painted edges. 4b90f332.jpg

This is what comes to mind when I see the heel height on your boots...perfect. I may just have to order a pair with your specs.

Now this, my friend, is an AWESOME pair of boots!! You've captured such a classic look. Congrats!!

  6. I just picked up a bunch of Japanese fashion mags (Ligtning, Free&Easy, etc) and am giving away one of the latest Lightnings. I say one of the latest ones, because I didn't realize they release all kinds of different ones at the same time...unless the others were just back issues the store had in stock.

  7. WWII Impressions is having a nice little sale for those considering some of their gear. I'm now contemplating picking up a pair of their Boondockers.

  8. Inspired by rnr's posts, I just had to pick up the Indigo Denim Chinos. While I was at it, I also picked up a Lofgren Black Chambray. I can't wait 'til they come in.

I also discovered his Black Denim Chino's on the site. They seem to be selling really quick.
