Just joined the Denime thanks to @beautiful_FrEaK who happen to sell exact my size! Been eyeing Denime for years and happy to finally have a pair. Haven't decided yet if I should do a hot soak or just go for a 30degree wash low cycle. The denim is really nice and looking forward to see how they develop over time. It's Denime 221 with denim from Kurabo Mill

Agree, beautiful jeans!

@Maynard Friedman yes that's much about it. Looking at the photos I agree that the fit look great. As soon as I move or do anything in it it just feels restrictive and too short. I've given it 15 years, maybe I can keep it for the kids or something 😅. Or I'll wait another 15 years and I might like the fit

Interesting to hear your point of view, didn't know about the change of cotton. But I can clearly see the impact of self edge etc. And yes! Downsizing was really how it went down!

Is skull jeans still loved or have they seen a decline due to slim/skinny jeans is not so popular anymore? I remember back in 2009-2010 where this thread was always on the first page in the forum

@MJF9@MJF9 as promised some pictures. I can take better ones during the weekend, it gets so bloody dark fast here in the Nordics 😅

@MJF9 it does fit but I never used it much due to I find it too short. But I can snap some pictures

@beautiful_FrEaK yes that's correct, it's really slubby (and fantastic) and a bit different from what currently is sold by the brand. Yea I understand that and this thread with only 9 pages is a testament to that as well, a bit unfortunate since the quality of their garments is excellent!

I posted in the Warehouse thread that I found some jeans I had squirreled away. In the same box I found this jacket that is still raw and unwashed since it was a bit on the shorter side for me. So they have been packed away in 15 years and I think they are older than that and before the Levis lawsuit. This is some quite crappy indoors picture and doesn't do the fabric justice. It's such nice character being neppy and quite starchy. I can snap some pictures in daylight if anyone wants to see better details. Out of curiosity, what would a resell value be for these?

@mjf9 they are one wash so the short inseam should be okeyish. Otherwise I agree they are too short. Will have to wear these uncuffed, which is nice for a change so I can see the roping. I decided to keep them as they are super comfortable. Yes I actually found a Steam Locomotive unsanforized unwashed denim jacket as well

@Maynard Friedman ok cool, thanks for the info, I will try to dig up the post with your pair :). Just tried them and they seem to fit quite nicely even though I'm not used to the fit. What do you guys say, keep or sell?

Can anyone help me ID these or tell me the cut and fabric about these ones. I just found them in a box I've had for storage in 10-15 years. Didn't like the cut back then but now I quite like it. So thinking of start using them.
