Who's looking forward to summer and better weather. The last couple of days with sunshine have really got me looking forward to it again?
First week of Spring next week.. Was thinking of driving along the south coast for a holiday, but I've decided to chase the sunshine and head north instead... http://maps.google.com.au/maps?q=coral+bay&ie=UTF8&split=0&gl=au&ei=6CyWSqWOHISIkAWd7eWaDA&t=h&z=15&iwloc=A Booked 7 nights at the resort; should be a nice break.

Are the Augusta mandals in the current collection? Maybe get a special NVR order for our Summer? I'm guessing come December there isn't going to be a lot of northern hemisphere retailers stocking anything...

nah mang, that isn't cale. agree that lui is a top guy, guess the interview with helmut lang wasn't successful?
I recall hearing recently that Prada was shutting down the resurrected Helmut Lang, maybe that had something to do with it?

Just putting this site traffic comparison out there.. definitely look at doing something with Superfuture as well.
forget to put V&V under men's collection, no?I'm happy to wait till the AW10 collection is ready to launch, stocks for the current collection are getting thin =)

I reckon a dedicated / stickied NVR END thread in Supermarket or Supershopper would be good for the store

thanks for the info JV.. u recommend staying tts then?
i'm tossing up whether to size up to a 52
Size up = Relaxed but still fitted
Size down = Limiting of blood flow
True to size = Very fitted, but in the right places (i.e. slightly relaxed through the body, but fitted through shoulders and hips)
If you're on the fence, I don't think you'd regret sizing up. My chest measures 96cm and my waist 78cm and medium was tight.

I was really pleased with the OV basics, definitely in the vein of RO, but a little less extreme, which is for the best somewhat. The tees are less sheer, but the pima cotton / modal blend is really fine and soft. As opposed to being tent shaped, they are fitted through the hips and sleeves. You can't see it in pics, but they're really long too. Size 'M' in RO is a relaxed fit on me, size 'M' in the OV basics was much tighter, but would probably relax a little with a few wears.

Appreciating all these food recommendations, moving to Sydney in September and I'm making notes.

Dave, if you're after the wider/looser trousers, I think you might be able to squeeze a request in. Prices aren't too crazy and they're a pretty unique offering. Prices on things like the leather and the footwear is pretty serious business though.

So many pieces are hybrids/combinations of multiple garments that deciphering the runway is hard enough, let alone trying to figure out how the order sheets relate to it!

I've seen Bt's Mihara buy, it'd edited to focus on the layering pieces and shorts/trousers/leggings - which are a standout... Limited in size in size range and in number of pieces. There is going to be a pre-order post on the Never End website, and things will be snapped up pretty quick, so if there is anything you HAVE to have, talk to BT immediately.
A few highlights from the buy...
Navy top coat
Double layer vest (black vest with black attached shirt panels), double layer shorts (black shorts with black attached shirt panels)
Double layer cropped trousers (in black)
This vest in black
This long shirt in black cotton/silk
These shorts + leggings

Just a note re: shoes, these prototypes have a block heel, as opposed to the tapered/cuban heel that the final versions have (as seen in the lookbook)

tailoring on the NAT suits looks sharp as hell, love the low gorge. only available with a peak lapel (prefer a notch lapel personally)?
There's no notch lapel in the line sheet, but Bt dropped the idea about doing a NVR END x NAT custom piece. I'd be interested in a notch lapel myself...
Not like the du doesn't know how...

Haha, mesh briefs are some Bruno status

A bunch of items didn't have lookbook pics, namely the gradient dip-dye suits, coats and more. They all seem to be offered multiple ways (top gradient, bottom gradient, black dipped, bleach dipped blue etc). Loving all the fabric selections... and the briefs =)

Logged on at the internet cafe up here... Been offline (phone and internet) since Tuesday and it's been a nice break! Fly back home Wednesday, but spent an hour catching up on the Melbourne thread, old habits die hard... saw the SZ drama too, overall it was positive thing for Hobo to clear the air like that... So glad the Obscur for Never End came together so nicely though, keen to see more fit pics!
