Thank you for your interest in VARI.
This mail is to inform you about our new international shopping site.
VARI international shopping site
http://www.jp-stores.com/welt/shop/we60147/index.html
JPstores portal
As this shopping portal features a translation service, we will be able to answer your questions even more precisely than before.
Because of various service costs the prices on our international website are 20% higher than those on our domestic site. However, as our regular customers you will get the domestic price if you make a purchase. Of course, you can also order from our Rakuten page, as before. In cooperation with JPstores we will be able to offer you an improved support, no matter from which site you are buying.
We would like to use this occasion to express our gratefulness to have you as our customer. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Hirofumi Udono

Edmond - All of those leather products are completely superfluous for your RM. All you need to do is tan it, oil it one and use it. That should last a while, maybe a year. Then see if it needs more oil. That's it.

Wait, 2nd doesn't ship internationally anymore?? For real??

ayte ill tan them more ,,,, like a shade darker? or 2?
I like them darker, yeah. And if you're worried about indigo stains, they'll be less apparent the darker the leather is. Keep tanning.

I think it needs more tanning, personally.

You oiled before tanning???

have take 5 chainstich your jeans man 80 hk dollars ( 11 us dollars) plus shipping to and from
Yes Edmond, we get it. You LOVE Take 5. Why would he order jeans from 2nd (a store that chain stitches) and then send them to Hong Kong for hemming?
Erbs - Here's what you do. After you order your jeans, you'll get the confirmation email instantly from Rakuten. Forward that to [email protected], and cut and paste this:
チェーンステッチで31インチに裾上げしてから送ってくれますか?
it says "would you hem to 31 inch with chain stitch?"
Replace the number in there with whatever you want the inseam to be and you're good. Make sure they're reply says something about the hemming--which it most likely will.
Hope that helps. Good luck!

does EMS ever leave packages at the door?
EMS doesn't actually deliver to your door in the US. The package gets transferred to the US Postal Service after customs, or sometimes DHL. In both cases they will require a signature.

No problem at all. What jeans?

I just bought another pair of these to replace my original pair that I sold. I had initially sized down, then recently revolted against the Sufu sizing system. Now I bought true size and they are brilliant.
This post has no point other than to say I love these jeans. The anti-slub! Just beautiful denim and construction.
Also, anyone who's on the fence about these, I'd snag them now before they change the arcuate and tab....

I think the Samurai S5000VX might me your move. The sizing on the 811 is quite flummoxing.

to me it seems the same as sand papering your jeans...
But Samurai, Eternal, and SDA do not RECOMMEND sand papering your jeans.

why are you suggesting he do something harmful like exposure to UV light and not do something beneficial like obenauf's oil?
Here are the the instructions on the KC's website about how to "complete" the leather, which includes both sun tanning and oiling. I can't imagine that they would advocate something that's harmful to their products. Right?

is there any way to someway cleans those dark stains that appear on one side of the wallet?
this is what im talking about:
this isnt mine but my wallet is barely about 2 weeks old and its starting to show this on one side
I'd start with that cleaner that Obenauf's makes, though I've never actually used it myself.
Also, I've noticed that wallets that have been well tanned and then oiled seem to stain considerably less, including my KC's, which at about a month old barely shows any sign of indigo.

I've ordered from them many times and they're great.

Plongin - Looks like they shrank up a bit more. Great fit, I think. Are you still concerned about them being too big? Don't be.

You don't actually have to register and get an ID from Rakuten. Just use the instructions on Super Rag as a guide when you check out on Hinoya or Earth Market.

chponglasia, let me know how your S5000VX's work for you. I have a feeling you won't be disappointed with those.
After one day they are my favorite jeans I've ever owned. I'll be wearing them everday until the Sufu 660s come in.

Does anyone know if the current stock od 103s in Japan still have the arcs and tab? Has the production of arcless SDAs already begun?

Because the waist is proportionally small, in order to get one that fits, the thighs end up being too large for me. Also, because of how inconsistent the sizing is, the legs on my size 33 felt like they were more than just one size up from the 32s I had. Additionally, the inseam on my 33s was 34, when every size chart I've ever seen says they're 33. If I could try on a bunch of different pairs I could probably find one that works, but since ordering from Japan is such a crap shoot, I think I'm done with Eternals, which is too bad because they really are beautiful.

I own a size 31 in S5000 and they fit PERFECTLY. What size should I get in the S0500? There seem to be some differing opinions...
Thanks!
