Will be in Berlin for 4 nights in June. I see a lot of people have already posted a lot of shops/bars/clubs recommendations.
Are there any cultural ones ? apart from the usual Checkpoint Charlie, Jewish Memorial etc, which I've done before on previous trips to Berlin.

The multiwheel is a little bit more heavier than the trolley version. While I admit multiwheel is generally better, I think it's an overkill for a cabin piece, especially as it draws more attention from check in clerks who think a multiwheel is too big for hand luggage. Would rather not take that risk... Also one downside to multiwheels is traveling on public transport (trains, metro etc.) , the suitcase has a tendency to roll around unless you put it on it's side. So having to tackle two multiwheel suitcases would cause a great headache haha.

Just copped this for my iPhone 5 http://www.tunebelt.com/ab87, as Nike aren't doing a forearm sleeve anytime soon and Tunebelt appears to have the most favourable reviews on Amazon.
Does the job nicely, bonus is you can still use the touchscreen under the protective cover. However, I wouldn't wear it in a heavy downpour (would probably put it in my lightweight jacket pocket for that situation). Oh and it's Made in Taiwan and not China.

On that note, you can get Goros hardware put on to FBTs if you take them in instore. 78 did it with his FBT Lhamos.

He's from Toronto, his contact ships from Japan straight to you. (or at least in my case)
Must be feeding people different stories. Firstly, I asked if I could collect in person in HK to save on shipping because he said he was based there, he said he couldn't because the items ship from Japan. I then asked if he could ship to Taiwan, as it would be cheaper between Asian countries. He said he could.
A few days later I asked him for a revised price from the original one he gave me to ship to the UK, but instead ship to Asia, as I was told it would be cheaper. He gave me the same price. I queried why it wasn't any cheaper and he said he has the items shipped to him in HK, from there he forwards it on. It didn't make much sense to me, but I presume his friend in Japan was sending things in bulk as having individual items sent each time would be more costly.
Actually I just found part of our conversation:
will buy it in Nagoya FILand ship from nagoya
to hk
i will get most of the stuff from nagoya fil in the futre
I'm not denying his legitimacy, I just find it odd that he can't get his pricing right and seemingly lies as to where he's actually based.
@Fycus, yes they do stamp .5 sizes inside the footwear. I can confirm this with my two pairs of US9.5 ISDTs, US9.5 in the Hockney folks and Virgils.

PM me as I don't want to clog this thread up with general queries. The Royalmail website is misleading as International Signed For can be tracked end to end for Germany (the Post Office confirms this) it doesn't track on DHL, but you can confirm delivery on Royalmail.com and proof of signature can be retrieved.
With the majority of countries you can track International Signed For with local postal services websites. This is the case with countries such as New Zealand, Canada, USA and European ones including Norway, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, Denmark and many more. The tracking shows when it is received in the country, when it is cleared from customs, to when it is out for delivery. This is from personal experience.

is this legit seller can anyone tell me?
anyone dealt with this dealer before looking to get a noragi kofu from the ict but everywhere is out
Legit... Essentially he is based in HK and has a friend/contact in Nagoya who does store pickups from the F.I.L. there. The two of them charge 10% proxy fee, in some cases more depending on how hyped the item is. From what I can gather his contact ships the goods to him in HK, and then he forwards them onto you. It's a shame the guy in Japan can't ship direct, as in all cases you're paying for two shipping costs Japan > HK, HK > you.

going to try to get more days in for repeats. my running schedule and locations are pretty packed and set in stone as it is, so i probably won't be able to do it once a week unfortunately.
going downhill too fast can be bad news though. maybe not as bad on dirt trails but i really screwed up my knee for a while from the impact of taking a downhill section too fast on asphalt. was my first running related injury. for months after that i couldn't run more than 3 miles without a debilitating sharp pain coming into the joint and forcing me to stop. i've always taken downhill sections pretty gingerly ever since.
Last paragraph has got me a little paranoid. Since being back in the UK and running a different route, a more "hilly" one, I've found a slight dull ache in my right knee the day after the run. I think it's stemming from a ligament or muscle as it's behind the knee cap itself to the left side. This never occurred before while I was out and about running on a flat tarmac in Taipei. The decline in my new route isn't that steep but as it is in the early part of my run (first 1km) I tend to "pound" at it at a fairly quick pace. Also as I'm running on pavement some areas of it dips at an angle as the roadside curb drops, meaning that I'm not always running on flat ground.
Apart from icing up my knee, which actually does help, and taking it slower/zigzagging it downhill, is it perhaps a sign of something else? wrong footwear? Bear in mind I dislocated this knee cap about 10 years ago from a sporting injury, had physio etc. haven't noticed anything wrong with it until recently.

I wish they'd rerelease some running gloves, the pair from a couple of seasons back aren't so great...

I say it's still worth checking out FIL in Singapore, it's a nice store, even if you're not intending to buy anything.

Wow Outlet is where the old Undercover Taipei/Noodle bar used to be in the Daan District. 5 minutes walk from Zhongxiao Fuxing station.
Address is: No. 40, Lane 181, Section 4, ZhÅngxià o East Road, Daan District, Taipei City, Taiwan 106
Near Carhartt WIP, Invincible and Take5 etc.
Looking forward to checking out more places in October/November time, especially taking a trip to Keelung night market.

Would a Mr Anderson make himself known, because whoever you are, you are a beast. Your times are just ridonkulous.
On a side note, can anyone recommend a basic running watch to aid in interval training?
