  1. Up for sale is a pair of Flat Head 1001 in size 32/36.

Condition 8/10 , the pics tell it all.

One cold soak, lovely 16oz. FH denim with great fading properties.

Selling these because i've grown out of them.

They came out lighter in the pics then they are, the fadings are less noticeable in reality, tons of life left in these.

The arcs have been partly removed to resemble the old FH arcs more, which i liked better.

  2. I think the lenght is pretty good Mike.

Strangely my Buzz chambray actually fits rather short.

Same size as my 875, i think you'd be best off with the same size you wear in RW too, but like you said i don't think they're being made in US11...

was thinking bout the VX's but wasn't sure

mmm lone wolfs, how did u size them compared to crepe sole RW's? I'm on the fence between a pair of these and a pair of Vibergs, decisions decisions, would have to special order my size tho I guess, since they don't make a US11 I believe...

i own the navy colored watch cap, definitely awesome piece, wear it almost daily when it's cold, i bought mine from clever-id.com though

  3. Haven't tried the new sweats yet...how does the thickness of these new ones compare to previous years'?

Significantly less thick... it feels slightly more ordinary, a real pity actually.

  4. My sizings (US):

    - RRL engineer boots (Julian made) 11
    - Alden trubalance 9E or EE (both feel equally comfortable to me)
    - Clarks db 9
    - LL Bean boots 9
    - White's 9.5E
    - Lone Wolf carpenters 9.5
    - Red Wing (most models) 9.5D
    - Chucks 9.5
    - Red Wing 2268 engineers 10D
    - Jack Purcell's 10
    - Palladiums 10
    - Vans, and most other sneakers 10
    - Nike 10.5

  5. Great page.

    Pomata, love the Evisu.

want that jacket so bad. is that charcoal or olive? i may snag it after the holidays if my size is still available.

Shameless plug, but i have a charcoal EG Cruiser in medium which i'm looking to sell, when your interested please check my sig.

  6. Don't know what you mean by logger painter style. Double knee hammer loop tool pocket? These are really nice. That link you used is dead until Monday. So I am just guessing.

Noticed the left field chinos before, though nice not what i am looking for, but i'm considering those for next summer.

Meant indeed tool pocket & loop detailling, actually exactly like the sda, but with a button fly instead, might get them after all but the zip fly is not my preferred choice.

The link's already back up again, edit the blue in green link to the sda's (it was also out), only now i noticed the slam jam link is out untill monday.

  7. Hmm, not so easy. Might be a bit of a contradiction, a pair of workwear pants but not in a workwear cut. Just kidding.

What about the non-treated Carhartts like these: http://shop.carhartt-wip.com/de/men/heritage/pants/I007416/roper-pant

These also look alright, albeit pretty washed: http://item.rakuten.co.jp/freeridep/10002204/

Not sure how tapered these are: http://item.rakuten.co.jp/vintage/sc40795a/

And I guess the Stevenson Overall Co. ones might work. But probably a bit above the price max you stated.

I did consider the carhartts, also checked out some other models they make in duck fabric, but it was never exactly what i'm looking for.

The stevenson's sure are nice, but just too expensive for what i'm willing to spend.

It is doable, workwear details on a non workwear cut, after all uniform experiment makes them, just don't like all the printed logo's and details... And the price.

These are the closest i found yet, very nice... But the zipper is the deal breaker for me:

  8. That fit is really great ihate, imo the size is spot on.

I've been looking around for a pair of duck pants in painter/logger style for some time now, but have a hard time finding anything completely to my liking.

They need to be more fitted, not the wide fit you see on those workwear painter pants, possibly with a slight taper, not super slim tough!

Just a good fitted pair, this is the fit i'm going for http://shop.slamjam.com/index.php/firstfloor_en/first-floor/brands/uniform-experiment/sh-carhartt-dameged-double-front-logger-pant.html

Nothing pre-distressed though, preferably from mid or heavyweight duck cloth in a more brownish/orange color, button fly, and priced under $250.

If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be massively appreciated.
