Mulholland love is in the air, I'm getting this for christmas as well in brown.
No worries, it's not sold out. I just ordered it from them and they have it in both colors in 40-42 for sure, you should call them directly, sounded like they have many sizes.
Thanks for the heads up.
Really appreciate the teasers badseed and eltopo, making me crave the jacket even more.
I'm eagerly awaiting my profit sharing, which should come in january, or for someone to take my EG Cruiser off my hands.
I would not dare to consider upsetting the misses this short before X-mas by buying it right now...

agree! Also, the more you wear, the more it conforms to your body. most of my MF wear have this unique quality:
So good.
Now i'm convinced i want the Mulholland... As usual i'm about half a century late, when they're all sold out.
When it first came out i actually thought i was pretty well... meh... and thought it would be hard to pull off, but all the fit pics i've seen since have proven me otherwise.

The 30s look really very nice.
Is there a difference between these: http://www.jeans-nes...e2/04101-89.htm
and these: http://sivletto.com/...4&page=1&rnum=8
These look to be the same model.

big cuff? yay or nay?
This look is really good on you kayo,
the cuff looks good but imo a double cuff would look even more badass, while maintaining this height leaving the buckles exposed.

I'm glad those Road Champs are not my size, i just know i would not have been able to resist the urge of getting them in the blink of the moment.
I never noticed the embossed MF logo before, do all the RC's have that?

Beatle, can you confirm that the large runs as small as it seems according to the size chart?
I need a chest size of 40 to 41 inch and on the chart it says large is for sizes in between 38-40, i like my sweats fitted so assumed i could get away with a large and went ahead and ordered one.
I'm just asking to be sure, because normally US made sweats run pretty big, contrary to Japanese sizing, and i expected at forehand to be needing a medium.

Looking great, love the color! Just ordered a large.

Wow...I love my influenceI'm really curious how you pair looks like right now. Following the contest back then and it seems, that the 1951 was a real slow fader
unfortunately i took them out of rotation shortly after the contest, so no evo worth mentioning at this moment.
They're indeed slow faders, but the good thing about that is that there's still so much life left in these, i can wear them for years to come!

Mich, very nice style.
Are the boots Lone Wolf? They look awesome and really complement your outfit.
Can you tell me which type they are?
Thanks
Thanks for the compliment, they are indeed Lone Wolf Carpenter boots in brown.

Thanks James, they are very comfy due to the wide cut, a good break from the norm.
The denim feels a little itchy because of the sugarcane fibres i think are in it, but it doesn't feel stiff.
The Lofgren stuff is worth taking a look into, i have some shirts from him too which are amongst my favourites.

great mich, nice bootlegger shirt. whats the jacket?
Thanks, good call on the shirt.
The jacket is a brandless vintage one i picked up once from a flea market, that's all the info i have about it i'm afraid, besides that i like how it fits.

Thanks guys.
They're both size large Pomata, the difference in lenght is especially noticeable in the back, the black sweat always creeps up exposing my back and that's not comfortable.
Too bad though they apparantly changed fabrics for lighter weight ones, the old one is warm as hell even in wintertime.

would you mind sharing a pic please Mich?
Here you go sir!
Grey is the new type, washed once with zero shrinkage, black is the old model, it's been washed numerous times.
Sorry if the pics came out a little big, imageshack doesn't resize correctly when i upload on my iPad.
They fit different but i can't say which i like better, the extra lenght is welcome to me, but when worn not really a noticeable difference imo.
The sleeves on the black one feel a little narrower, i like that, and the neck is wider.
The fabric on the old sweat does feel thicker, but i don't know if it's actually heavier, might be just difference in feel inbetween colours due to used materials.

I received a pair of Lofgren LP-004 denim chino pants yesterday, pretty stoked about them!
They are drying right now after a really hot soak and wash, pics to follow.
On a side note, i never had better customer service than from John Lofgren, he simply rules.

That's some impressive evo heprof, great to see how it really wears in.
Jcrew is a real funny company, they do ship to some european countries, even germany who are our neighbours, but not to the netherlands...
It is a nice enough deal though with 25% off, stock shouldn't last very long.
Edit: What's even stranger is that once i've set the country to germany and currency to euro, the price has changed to € 926.58..... Without the 25% discount option.
The original price of $ 899 would translate to about € 672 ! that's without the discount.
Sarcasm mode on. Jcrew.... Thank you for shopping. Sarcasm mode off.
