oh i forgot to add supreme in there

It was just the way that he wore everything. You had to like...look all over to realize it was a supreme hoody. The only thing we noticed were his shoes. But after looking a bit harder we noticed the rest.

It's just that most of these hypebeast kids rock their stuff so that EVERYBODY who knows anything about streetwear knows that they've got some rare stuff on.

This guy was like, Robin Williams style, wearing it because he liked it, not like he wanted everybody else to know.

Know what I mean?

i *think* one of my buddies was a co-founder of newschoolers.com

may have been another website i'm rembering incorrectly though.

i ride gotamas, cost me a bundle, but well worth it.

What's your buddy's name? Either me or Parker would know.

Newschoolers.com was started origially by Matt Harvey. A big read-headed goon that's running the magazine "Ski Time" now.

But he was always helped out by people like Doug Bishop and Ethan Stone...

yeah, most likely you'll burn the shit out of control (like I did in grade school when I had to make an "ancient" map complete with yellowing and burn marks)

even if you do just singe an area, I imagine the effect would be similiar to rot; the section would be brittle and rip if you looked at it wrong

Hahaha, good map story...me and my dad tried doing the same thing when I was in grade school...it took as few tries before the paper didn't end up a pile of ash in the garage.
4. But uhhh...THE KID HAS THE 29'S.

He just wants to know what the hell to do about the extra room. I'd say go with the dryer trick. If that doesn't work...you could try a coldish soak...my STF's lost some indigo when I did this but assuming the quality of the APC's I think you'll have much better luck with them.

5. Yeah, that guy we saw at JustBe had pretty dope style. I thought the bandana around the neck looked pretty good and NOT emo at all. I think that's probably cause he paired it up with a Supreme hoody and some Stussy Court Fources...I dunno. He wasn't like mad hypebeast looking cause he was in his mid 20's/30's. And his british girlfriend's accent was HOT.

They key to wearing a bandana around your neck in America = having a hot girl from the UK on your arm. Nobody will say shit.

minya: thanks!! yeah, they're from the s/s 06 line...they've got the paddom (mine), shazor (lower rise but more flared) and onijo (lower rise than the paddom, straight leg) in unwashed denim, from what i've seen.

Handlethevibe: i'm 6 foot 1, or something there abouts....the jeans are listed 32 inseam but they run really long...more like a 34 in nudies or something like that

who got me into this: what do you mean by saying you thought you were bad? (just plain curiousity there)

i'm liking this board...lurked for a while, glad i'm finally making some sort (though kind of superficial) of contribution....

Ian just always asks "How Tall are You?"...or he says "But I'm only 15 after every post."

...But Ian's tight. Haha, he knows it.

Oh god please someone tell me these will stretch. They just came in today, beautiful denim, I love the fit but it feels like the blood flow below my waist has been shut off. I'll have pics shortly assuming I don't pass out.

--- Original message by madgrad on Feb 3, 2006 05:36 PM

Oh man, that cut looks really really good...HOPEFULLY those things stretch cause I wouldn't want to have to get rid of em' either.

so you actually run them up yourself? Haha! This just gets better.icon_smile_big.gif

What?

Anyways, Ande, this has been on the coolest posts I've seen so far. Like the guy above said, YOU MAKE IT LOOK SO EASY. Props...and do you think you could list prices?

Cause I'd be interested in buying from you as soon as my financial capabilities improve.

4FRNT is genius! I love em'...too bad retail on em' is easily gonna be over $4-500. I love these new Ski joints, Armada, 4FRNT, etc...but their shit is just too expensive. I guess I'll stick with my Fujis.

Parker669 you're not a newschoolers.com member are you?

LOL...this made me laugh out loud. Thank you.

Minya hit the nail on the head there. I went back and read my post and realized that it DOES sound a bit confusing.

The picture in my head right now is too funny.

I took a tatoo artist I like a book I had of his drawings/art and then told him kind of the style i wanted to achieve and he drew up some ideas/collages based on the the work in the book

I want to get my other arm done with a few of margaret kilgallen's pieces (she is his wife who died of cancer). they actually have a really similar style though see is a little more *folksy*

As soon as I clicked this thread I instantly thought "Some Barry McGee stuff would be awesome". Especially as it seems that tattoos and street art have been going hand in hand for decades now. Both Kilgallen and McGee are some of the most talented people I've seen. Amazing work. I'd love to see some ink of Kilgallen's.

Ugh...might as well buy a pair of tights and stich the pocket stitching and shit into em'...they'd be more comfortable that those things.

?

--- Original message by horriblyjollyjinx on Feb 1, 2006 02:35 AM

If you don't Understand just try to imagine taking a pair of black tights (think Peter Gabriel) and add the contrast stitching like these cheap mondays. They'd look pretty damn similar if you ask me.

those aren't new. Looks alright on girls.

--- Original message by horriblyjollyjinx on Feb 1, 2006 02:07 PM

I'm really really sorry but I would never let my girl wear those things. Completely unflattering if you ask me...

I just don't understand it...I wonder how many kids are gonna wear those things...they're hideous. And are those pockets in the front below the fly?

14. I'm surprised nobody mentioned the fact that a zippered fly is much easier to catch your dick in. Surely most of us males know what I mean when I regard to the pain of catching the tip of your shlong in the zipper of your pants.

At least with a button fly, being intoxicated especially, I'm not at risk of becoming infertile.
