  1. I find that a relatively regular hand washing with very light soap in very cold water with very little agitation (inside out), then hang dry until just slightly damp, followed by about 30 minutes of wear to reset creases keeps them smelling fresh. I have never had any indigo loss in the water to speak of. You gotta wash yer pants man. The grubby look just does not cut it for grown ups.

  2. Haven't seen Ong-Bak although The Protector was one of the best movies I've seen this year. And I've been studying MMA for a few years and while I'm not going to start bragging about how I'm the greatest fighter any of you know, I could probably disable 99% of the fellas on this board. You included, Mr. Lowrey.

2002 S600. Not the bi-turbo (that was introduced in '03, I believe). For sale.

    1%..........................

  3. Are the fits for something like the Sugarcane 47s and the LVC 47s the same?

No, sugar cane 47's are a much fuller fit...some say closer to the original Levi 47 fit although I have never seen any original Levis 47s. I have both Levis and Sugarcane 47's and they look like completely different cuts to me.

  4. tend to do this every so often when i find myself broke, drum is the only unrolled tobacco brand ive fucked with..

i smoke belmonts so that doesnt really transfer well to filterless tobacco. i think ive i lived in the US and couldnt get belmonts i would smoke lucky strike or just roll em.

Yup, Drum when I am broke, pretty decent and easy to roll.

I never mind seeing military wear worn casually by a non military member as long as the rank and name badges and affiliation has been removed. Cheap would wear a uniform well. Those drabs always looked terrible on me, I was so happy when our unit went to BDUs.

  6. Congratulations on 1 and 1/2 years of sobriety. That is a fantastic accomplishment!!

At my office we had a team brainstorm on ways to get employees of the firm to save money. The best these highly paid empty heads could come up with was sending everyone pink rubber piggy banks and putting a bunch of posters up. One of which said the following:

If your money is burning a hole in your pocket

It is not a new pair of pants that you need.

I actually spit up some of my coffee when I read it this morning.

shit, i quoted my own reply to a quote.

  7. trying to fight off this urge for dope...ever since ive gotten off suboxone the cravings for it have been hellish...ive got a little over a year and a half of complete sobriety, but my depression and anxiety seems like its gettng worse, and h and opiates seemed to be the only thing in the past to erase it for awhile...i know what will happen if i start using again, and i dont wanna end up back in jail, or rehab, or living in some shitty halfway house again..its just when these cravings hit, it scares the shit outta me..maybe i need to hit up more meetings, but going to NA and AA makes me only wanna use more cause of all the talk about it be it positive or negative...it just seems like an endless battle.

Congratulations on 1 and 1/2 years of sobriety. That is a fantastic accomplishment!!

  8. I really like it too, but I don't ever wear it. I'm too chicken.

I am too chicken for stuff like that too although I think it looks cool. It would be nice to live in a more progressive state or city so people did not look at you weird when you try something new or alittle different. Dallas/Ft Worth so soooo boring sometimes.

  9. I fucked some girl on the night of her bachelorette party--I met her that same night. I considered how disastrous it could be for her marriage and how heartbroken her husband would be if he ever found out, but I did it anyway. Pussy is compelling.

If she did you on her bachlorette night then she was gonna do SOMEBODY anyway. Forgive yourself. He will never find out and you were just in the line of fire at the right time.

  10. Depression is an awful thing. I cannot give advice on medicine or even ways to mitigate it. I can say one thing though. Society/Media/ Culture has given human beings the perception and the expectation that things are/should be perfect and happy all the time. Even our constitution gives us the inalienable right to it. Just remember to temper that with reality. Life, at least I believe, is never perfect and you should always temper you expectations with relality. I have dreams..some will come true and some will not. I have learned to deal with that, but it ain't always easy.

  11. The 551s i used to have felt like 14 oz and so far the heaviest LVC I have ever owned. They actually felt too heavy to me in some aspects because of the weather in Texas even in the winter. The 1944s I replaced them with feel much lighter weight but not as light as say..the 1901s I used to have. Those things were like khaki the were so light.

  12. oh god.... feel like absolute hell today.... it's raining outside, just broke up with my girl, & on top of it my dog is dying!!!:( damn...

This post has touched me...hope things get better for you soon.
