  1. They are going to shrink like you ain't never seen my man. I bought some 38 waists a few months back ( I wear a 36). After the soak they about cut me in half.

Got rid of em. Hope you wanted a 36 waist or NEVER wash em. Maybe you will have better luck than me with them.

  2. You may find some redlines for $75 but they probably won't be big E if they are real vintage. I suspect you might even have a hard time getting some worn out LVC big E for $75. Try ebay, you can usually get some pretty dark small e redlines for around that price. If you want authentic big E vintage be prepared to spend $100 to $150 and that will probably be a mid sixties to 1970 pair without hidden rivets.

  3. Fuck he's creepy

I was coming home from a baseball game (still in uniform) and stopped at Jax Beach to run into a hotel to take a squirt. They would not let me in so I got pissed and relieved myself on their sign out front. Cop pulled up while in midstream and told me to stop. Yeah right, stop. I figured I was going to lock up anyway so I kept going (figured I might as well go empty as I doubted seriously he was going to make me stop. As luck would have it he was a rent a cop so I told to eat shit and took off. Ah, my mispent youth.

  4. True story: I was in the Hirshorn museum, and I was talking to a friend about Beck, and a guard misinterpreted me. He said "The Big Man? He's upstairs." I thought to myself, is this guy dishing some religious stuff? He seemed nice enough, so I said thanks. Turns out he was talking about this guy.

    Fuck he's creepy

  5. I think it's those Nashvilles that make the shoes look big. Maybe they are alittle long but that tapered jean is what accentuates it. Try them with a wider leg opening and a bit wider cuff.

  6. I definately wanted a pair of those. It was the early 80s if I am not mistaken. The adds for them were always in the Inside Karate and Kung Fu magazines. He had a whole line of Karate wear as well. God what was I thinking back then. Can you imagine what that crotch would look like after it stretched out some.

  7. Um you are a 40" chest so why wouldn't a standard medium American Apparel tee fit you just fine ? If the exception is length find a really good tailor to hem up the length to your liking on each n every one

If you are 40" chest that ain't bad at all. Shit, I am 5'7" with a 49 inch chest. Try finding a T shirt in that size. A med should fit you fine even without tailoring.

  8. Pissing Alfresco....always a refreshing option as long as it is not against the wind.

As I goes through my life

    Two rules shall never bend

    Never whittle toward yourself

    Or pee against the wind

    Or when in a boat

    No matter how much

    you jiggle or choke

    the last few drops

    go in the boat

  9. ^ the thing that sucks is i don't listen to music half as much if i don't have smoke. plus, herb allows me to really focus on the bass parts when i'm listening to dub!

I had a hard time enjoying things like movies and music after I quit and to be honest, I still do sometimes. It is a trade off I think. I find that I am reading alot more now and watching less television. I could never read high. I play my guitar more now instead of listening to music. I eat a shitload less junk food now for obvious reasons. I still have no moral qualms against herb, I think it is far better than alcohol. I just think my body can't really handle it anymore. Good luck on your changes CMF, I think you will be better for it and will miss it less and less as time goes by.

  10. I quit a few month back and I don't miss it a bit. I was at work (the laundramat 2nd job) and went in the back a took a monster rip off my bullet and suddenly my heart starting beating like a jackhammer, I thought I was having a godamn heart attack. Waited a week and tried again, same fucking thing. So, I gave my bag to my roomate and swore off the stuff (been a fiend for about 15 years). I feel so much better now and have a lot more money. Best thing I ever did. I actually was able to quit the second job and I still have more money. ( I always smoked the $$$ high grade and that shit costs a grip). Fuck it, I am better for it. Good luck on quitting. Good man yourself!!

  11. I think you will know when to give up streetwear. A far as shopping at GAP, c'mon. Streetwear is a style but if you spend enough money on it, it is pretty easy to put something together. I think you should look forward to changing your style as you mature and create something new, albeit maybe a little more challenging. Turning 30 does not condemn you to a life of khakis and oxfords but you may have to experiment some as you move away from the streetwear look. Good luck.Take a look at Carl, young, nice lookin fella with a great and mature look, even though he is probably nowhere near 30, I could see someone that age wearing some of his clothes and pulling it off nicely. Guys got great taste and probably does not go anywhere near GAP>
