How do New Balance MT580's fit? I would normally just go try em on, but these aren't sold anywhere that I can try them on...even in New York (Flight Club aint really about letting you try on shoes)
The most generic shoe size I wear is a size 11 in Nike Dunks. Any comparisons? Thanks.

Hairmates is a great place also and a cut there will only run you 35-45 dollars. In fact, Hito used to be the best stylist at Hairmates, and then MudHoney picked him off.
Is Hito worth it? Absolutely, as long as you don't cut your hair every 2 weeks. It is relatively expensive and it's not so hard to swallow because I get my hair cut every 4-6 weeks. I've been going to Hito for 3 years now so I don't really know if I pay the same amount as a new client. I tip him well though and I wouldn't change stylists unless it was free cut at another top salon. Worth noting also, is that I've changed my hairstyle about 5 times since Hito has been cutting my hair. Each time I left feeling like he gave me exactly what I wanted and he took into account my facial features, the way my hair grows, etc. I would show him pictures of styles I liked and he would make it work...he would never force a style if it didn't work on my head/face...he is also very receptive of clients telling him what they want their hair to look like.
I don't mean this to be an advertisement, but I suffered through about a year of lousy expensive haircuts until I found this guy.
I've also heard good things about Bumble & Bumble and you can even get free cuts from the "interns" there who are trying to make it as stylists (they are generally young, highly capable but unproven).

Is the raw Neighborhood denim sanforized?

I've had em all from Bronx to BK to Manhattan (haven't had it in Queens, but I'm sure as hell not gonna get pizza if I'm in Queens...I'll get Greek or Korean in Queens). Lombardi's Pizza is the best (I have a preference for pizza with top quality ingredients)
Bronx pizza is great (I like a place on Fordham Rd and the Grand Concourse), but let's not kid ourselves, they aren't putting anything special into that pizza. PLENTY of great spots in BK (yes including Grimaldi's) but the only place I ever feel complete after eating is Lombardi's.

Go to Hito (he's japanese) at Mudhoney (Prince St. location). I've sent 4 people to him over the past 3 years and they are all still going back.

Yoox has them sometimes

Well, you probably should've soaked them before getting them hemmed, but that's water under the bridge now. You're gonna have to wash them eventually (or you'll get caught in the rain, etc) so you should just soak them now. Who would want a pair of jeans that they could never wash for fear that their honeycombs and whiskers would move out of place?

The only place you can legitimately buy Neighborhood is at Union (Spring St. b/w West Broadway and Thompson St.)
You can buy mens Miu Miu at the high end department stores in Midtown.

Sorry I can't help you, but you should really change the subject line. This is a potentially interesting thread and the subject line simply doesn't attract anybody.
How about: "Stolen stock of Kato jeans turns up on Yoox!"

... i wonder if that pair of 'boks would be too big on me, i'm a size 10....
I'll give you some help with sizing. I wear a size 10.5 in AF1's and 11 or 11.5 in most Air Max shoes. I've got another pair of these Pumps (size 11 also) and they are a bit snug on me.

I won't say exactly, but let's just say it was not hard to find many people willing to pay the $250 asking price.

Why don't you wake up and realize that Superfuture was the end of APC. Since it exploded on Superfuture, the brand is sold all over the United States, the quality has gone way down, and all kinds of e-dorks are going wild for it. Before Superfuture, APC was just a GAP-esque (albeit a notch above GAP) nondescript brand that people in France and Tokyo purchased. It's been a staple in Soho (NYC, not London) for a little while as well but nobody ever cared that it was there until Superfuture came around.
So in short, don't blame hypebeast.

same rational with jeans that are s/m/l. whats the point?
Your point is a good one but hardly comparable to a suit. Streetwear style jeans require a less precise fit than a suit. In fact, one could argue that the desired look of streetwear styled jeans is too NOT fit "properly". I don't think anyone would argue for a suit that was purposely ill fitting/oversized.

urban is code for black kids...?
To white guys in suits, the "urban market" means young black men. It's hilarious to listen to financial analysts write-ups on Timberland.
But moving on, I don't really think the use of the word "urban" is the issue here. Using the word "Jap" as shorthand is just lame. take the extra .0224 seconds and finish the word.

I lived in Nagoya for a year back in 2001-2002 so any suggestions I give you might be outdated.
There is a denim shop near Nanzan Daigaku at the Irinaka subway stop. They have a crazy selection of Japanese domestic brands (although I can't recall which brands because I wasn't so brand aware back then). The store is 2 floors of denim, so you could probably find some great jeans there.
You could also tell your friend to check the typical shopping areas like Yaba-cho, Sakae and Osu Kannon.
My best suggestion though would be to go to the brands' repsective websites and check for shops/retailers.

Anyone know of a good peacoat?

If it wasn't double breasted, it wouldn't really be a pea coat. It would just be a wool coat
