You can narrow it down.. they didn't exist before (i think) 2003/4 and the arcs would have gone by 2008 plus Japanese consumption tax was at 5% between 1997 and 2014.. i've got a 2003 and a 2006 SC catalogue somewhere, i'll dig them out and see if they're in the catalogue. -
