For whatever it's worth, I would normally have washed my jeans at least twice by this point, but a more sedentary lifestyle means less intense sessions of sweating and stretching. It will probably receive two more washes before September.

I shoot primarily with a 35mm f/1.4 L.

I'm a fan of aperture priority, unless I use strobes -- then I shoot manual.

I think this will be a good contrast (ha, contrast) to see how our washing process affects the wear patterns on these jeans. I'm using plain detergent and a delicate cold wash cycle with my washer and then air drying them until they're slightly damp (but dry enough to wear).
