i use myspace for music a lot.

recently watched circle takes the square-- got directions, times, everything. i almost booked them but the venue owner was an asshole so they opted for different location.

myspace is sometimes hard to take seriously since it's such a scenester popularity contest... not to mention i feel like i'm back in highschool when i look at some of the drama in it.

...but yeah, sure why not?

i use myspace to keep in touch with friends who are no longer local. i reject most bands and all people i don't know. it's also sorta fun to scene-stalk (porn stars, musicians [even 56 year old metal heads], etc). i've tried using it to meet people but to no success. i guess my personality doesn't mesh well with the myspace crowd, and i'm not looking for a hookup since i'm practically engaged.
