Ahh, Upon further investigating, seems like I might be a 36 in these. Didn't realize that the 50's slim at 34 has the same measurement as 40's waist at 36. Main factor here would be the rise I guess, I shall contact Ryo

I'm down for this! I wear a size 34 in 50's slim. Based off the chart , I should be able to rock these albeit a bit snug. With some wear they should be pretty good. I'm based in the US

Hey Guys, I decided to do my first machine wash on my old pair of SG 3109. I had posted pics of them on reddit a while back but with more wear and the machine wash, I feel like there was more indigo loss and so it "pops" more. They have about 1yr 8 mos. of wear with about 6 washes. They were retired a while back after I stopped working in wilderness and gained some thighs, but these served me as my daily drives throughout College.

@1fookntitefd To be honest, it's kinda been accumulating since college, so Its been about 6 years of collecting. I enjoy getting different fabrics/fits and seeing how they change over time but I also get to spend most of the day in jeans so I get to try out different pairs pretty easily. There were also some pairs that I could not really afford during college but still wanted to try out once I got older. Best example were my Flatheads, which I picked up recently as I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get them anymore after their production suspended. Most of the time I find pretty good deals on jeans I've been interested so I say "why not" 

@louisbosco I think I will email them! I remember seeing a pair of R400 on reddit that were pretty well faded as well and seemed like a pretty interesting fabric. I think their main site might be my best bet. What has been your experience with sizing? 

@BrownMetallic ahh yes those have some great texture. For me what didn’t work was the rise as it’s a little low and I have a bigger butt. They were meant to replace my 3109 which are retired at this point, but instead are just sitting in my closet. If you’d like I can send you pictures and measurements? I obviously need to free up some space 

@louisbosco These look awesome. I tried getting either R400 or R425 from Red Cloud, but they were all out of 34’s. Pretty unsure on when they’d restock as well since it doesn’t seem like many stores stock them. 

@BrownMetallic I'm at about a 34-35 waist (closer to 35 with the quarantine ). In case you're interested in the TSG/Fullcount, the TSG are sized 34 (but fit too tight for me) while the Fullcounts are at a 35 (still have arcs on them!).

I have a bit too much, most of it was purchased recently as I was getting into a tad looser cut and I ended up selling/giving my slimmer pairs away. I also was lurking on sufu for a while (especially during quarantine) which opened my denim horizons. Luckily I work in a lab setting so I can pretty much wear denim everyday. There are some pairs that I need to set loose ( TSG7104/Fullcount 1110), but I think this collection will do me forever

Ahh I have never tried that so I was a little worried about how much the shrinkage would be. I accidentally confused the Post soak measurements for Presoak, so thanks for the suggestion! I got nothing to lose

Hey guys, would anyone be interested in trading lot 900 in size 34 for a brand new size 36? They fit a tad big, although I could just wear them a bit looser with a belt. 

Ahh totally understand. Thanks for the info, it's very good to know! I think i'll continue searching for some of the older Denime's then. Currently there are some size 36 Orizzonti Denime's up on grailed but in a size 36, which might be a bit too big. Although I could commit to the quarantine weight gain, hah. 

Hey guys, been lurking on this sub for a while and had a couple of questions. 

I see many people wanting for Shin's/Orizzonti Denime but was wondering what you guys thought about the newer 66xx models? Specifically this Model. Is the quality/fit that much different? Unfortunately there aren't many old Denime's left with a 34-35" waist out there.
