Edit: thanks to the mod who moved this here. Wasn't aware of this thread. I have been outta the denim game for a few years at this point, but now am fully back in and remembered that I have a relatively lightly worn pair of 2019 1947 DD-1001XXs in a 36" (label size), hemmed and chainstitched to a 29" inseam. Anyone want for $100? They don't even come close to fitting me anymore.

Very long time no post, but loving these cinch back 1003XXs a lot! Excuse the lifted shirt but just wanted to show the rise. Closest fit I’ve found to my old Warehouse Montgomery Ward 1939s from 2014 or so. These are a 1941ish. Very pleased. Size 38". Shrank down a good inch and a half in the waist and a couple of inches in length. Still required a hem and chain stitch to 29”…
