I feel your pain. I think the 2021 and 2060 are made in the us and therefore harder to get here. But u could try other manufacturers, afaik some make similar soles.
Or different models, seems like vibram has a whole catalogue of soles inbetween the roccia and the christy morflex

^ ebay is your best bet. Usually they are bought by cobblers and shoemakers in bulk and are not readily available for peasants like us :D

or maybe directly through them?

Basically a pain in the arse to get them, if you are not in the shoe-biz...

^ Ebay, yahoo, mercari. Mix of sizes and models in many varieties. And if you want something brand new retail ist still an option. Also very keen on the aspect of not “wasting“ the clothes and so on.

^^ same! Really wanted to try 'em out a few times, but something always came in the way anf now the site is just a pain in the arse. Really keen on the second hand market tbh. One man's trash and so on

^ got a point there. Problem is, customs and shipping are usually the same from the US and japan, from my experience at least.

^same here with german brick and mortar. 300€ for a pair of okinawas vs 150€ plus about 50€ shipping and taxes from PSA can't be beat. Plus many more choices.

Been reaching for those more often recently, with the weather being quite shite.
Probably the most comfy denim I own, once the scratchiness of wool and sugar cane fibers has worn off. Turns to a really nice blueberry-blue after some time and gets super-soft. I've actually been thinking of getting a backup pair of these 2 sizes up, but let's see...9 -
^think I am joining you in that camp @bartlebyyphonics

Tried my hand at diy waxed flesh for the new red wings. Always found waxed flesh to be more durable and easy to care for than suede/roughout. Also ages great, imo, with polished bits coming through at high wear areas. Did the same to my suede loafers, and I like 'em so much more.
Now I'm only debatting, if I'll need some kilties or not.7 -

^The OG 15oz denim and SDA constructional stitching just don't give up. Am and have been wearing the mystery 102s in rotation with the GBG contest jeans and the TCBs. They have 3 small holes in the crotch, the pocket openings are tearing and what not, but the stitching stays intact and the holes just don't get any bigger it seems.

Figured I should post my vintage shirts here.
The left flannel is romanian vintage, super soft flannel, should be 60s to 80s. The one on the right I got deadstock at one of those pay-by-weight fleamarkets, should be 80s/90s.left to right:
vintage from romania, selvedge fabric, probably 60s/70s, got a few similar ones laying around at my parents place, but those mostly don't fit right....
3 x random vintage, probably 80s/90s, weird, kind off stretchy fabric, but makes for a great overshirt a`la Tender in summer2 -
Sorry to hear about your cat @volvo240thebest. Always very sad losing a pet.

^^ great in chest and shoulders, arms a bit long, but will probably seem shorter once the combs set in and so on

Those vintage runners are great! Really like the designs of 'em, plus they are usually comfy and lightweight

^never Levi's, when I used to watch it. Neither Lee, but sometimes Wrangler afaik. Fonzy used to wear Levi's, though.
