  1. oh yes! they make me look ten kilos less than what I am. they're only slighty constricting at the balls area, but it's more me having gigantic attributes rather than a design fault haha!

  2. That's the Northern Italian bagpipes, very different from the zampogna (bagpipes from Calabria and other parts of Southern Italy) which you may have heard of.

And those are not selvedge! They are Jacob Cohen's, awful overpriced Italian denim. The outer edges are stitched in a way that sort of looks like selvedge but it's not. Proper Italian wanker's denim!

  3. Volvo, your band have a website?  Where can I listen?

we do have a website but it's still all nicely written in Italian only, for your fine understanding, and sucks too.

our recording label recently put up some videos on youtube, here you go

if you look up on spotify our first album is there and you could listen to it in streaming.

we play traditional music from Northern Italy, not your typical ubercoool sufu music. Apologies for those not interested!

  4. Howdy!

I spent the last couple days touring in Germany.

Here's a couple pics, just to keep the thread rolling along!

We always stop at the Italian Swiss border for the last decent coffee, and every time we take a chance at scratch cards. It's a tradition of our as the very first time we crossed the border on our way to Deutscheland many years we won 500 euros with one of these cards! This time we won 5 euros which were promptly invested in another scratch card, no win.

  5. bit of vinegar, some coarse salt, EVO oil, garlic, capers, herbs, few tomatoes, in the oven for two hours at 180° C haha!

kidding apart I just turn them inside out and throw in the washing machine on low spin 30°C with a bit of whatever detergent we have in the house at the moment. hang dry as I don't have a dryer, and I'm lucky enough to live in a place where's there is no friggin need for it.

I just felt the need to post here to piss off Maynard!

  6. porky's are on their way to Italia, chainstitched and parceled as sample. final damage 17600 JPY, hell of a deal.  eagerly waiting to try them out. if things work out as I expect they'll be my DWC pair. sleeper fades for the first 6 months, crazy bastard wear from the end of TCB contest onwards!

  7. dude that's a perfect fit, not too loose at all on you. the design it's not intended to be tight on your body. a size down would be wrong IMO.

at this stage I lost my hope of getting my foreman duck vest made. I think Inoue san is too busy with his backlog of orders to cut and sew my size 42, which is not in stock (he never made a 42 for that design).
