it's BBB and Fashion Week in Berlin, but DC4 & FlatHead UK invited TFH over for a little party...

Thanks illumin8em for bringing this up.
The RC wabash pants does shrink considerably. We have yet to try them and get actual measurements pre/post wash. According to Raymon, the owner, RC wabash pants shrink close to tag size.
As we are now setting up the webstore, please send us email if you encounter any issues, inquiries or any glitch with the website.

Only LH I got is from their Take5 10 years anniversary collaboration
Have to agree with BM - whatever they'll shrink, they will certainly stretch back more than expected - SDO from your regular SD size (after checking the available size charts of course).
While this thread's on a roll...
Are there any left-hand twill D'artisan heads out there who can give me some advice on what to expect shrinkage-wise from my 001s. I sized down one from my 101 size as they are cut slightly differently; I initially bought size 32 (assuming they'd be the same as the 101s but they were huge so I exchanged them for a 31. It seems to me that the waist is a little higher and the thighs and hems (and therefore I assume the whole leg) are also slightly narrower on the 001s. In addition the inseam is longer - about 38".
Are these likely to shrink more or less than the rht 101s? Do they stretch out quickly and easily or are they similar to the 101s in this respect?

I also looked at these a bit more in detail - same denim and cut as SD103, made in Okinawa, only 1-2 produced per day...
like them for the fact of referencing a special event, but can't make up my mind if I like them well enough to order.
On the other hand - got SD1573 incoming next week - pictures to follow...
I saw these in May at the SDA store in Tokyo... I think they are only available there. I totally forgot what the deal/story is with these but the patch is great/funny.

Good luck with that!
They certainly deserve the attention.

Personally, I don't think it is the end of the world if it is w/o chain stitch, but with thicker denim like PBJ it sure is the nicer thing to have.
Will check with John Grunge Orchestra.Explosion what are the chances of chain stitching in Moscow - IIRC, fott couldn't help in this regard.
Where did you buy your jeans - DC4 or is there a Russian retailer?

Did you get them chain stitched or plain lock stitched?

Does Taobao do international orders by now?

Store is in "Mitte" - pretty central.
Mid-week event makes it hard for me to fly in, but let's see...

The FlatHead does underwear - I own a pair (out of curiosity)
Authentic underwear brands are: jockey (y-front), schiesser (revival). There should be some more, I'm sure.
Personally, I do recommend Paul Smith here as well.

This is post soak/initial wash.
Difference between the denims (besides the arcs and the cut) was the the fact the the second run used 100% long staple fibre Xinjang cotton. The first run used regular cotton (at least partially). The second run is soft and limp - it drapes nicely. The first run is stiffer and crispier - maybe this explains why the legs looks roomy.
Haven't worn them since I moved from China to Moscow.

Red Cloud R424XX - first edition/version
(at the moment I prefer the 1st edition over the 2nd - the denim feels a bit crispier. this might go away after some decent wear.)

summer time like weather here in Moscow - decided to give my lighter weight denims a run...
