  1. Found a great batch of Raw LVC & distressed at unbelievable prices.

Bought 2 pairs of 1873 Raw for £40 ($60) pair each for me & my cuz.

    Not bad eh?

Also a ton of 1st giant Red 10th anniversary must be 50 pairs!

Startedwearingthe1873 today, will try to treat em mean and get the worn in nicely, howeveri think they willendup way too big as i am dropping weight like god knows what!

    Pics later.

    where did you find these?

  2. How are the fits on the 1967 505 and 1954 501(preshrunk) different in fit? I am a slim guy with a short torso(high rise makes me look squat). I am having trouble figuring out which fit is better for me. I like a slightly tapered leg without much bagginess in the thigh or calf.

    Fit Pic of my 67 505 I'm 6'1 34" leg280421.jpg

  3. I'm interested in some 1967 505's, but I've got a few questions. Since they're slim fit, does that mean they won't have much room in the seat? Also, I've looked around at sizing advice but opinions seem to be mixed. Would sizing up 1 from a true waist size give me a comfortable but not baggy fit?

They are a slim fit and fit well IMO, like all denim it gives a little after some wear from its post wash tightness. I would go TTS as they aint going to shrink like other LVC rigids.

  4. i posted in the Warehouse thread, but no one responded back. I searched the thread for info on shrinkage, but came up with mixed results. I'm planning on picking up a pair of 660's from BIG, but am stuck between a 32 and 33. If I soak them in really hot water for about an hour, would they shrink anymore than BIG says they will in the post soak measurement chart?

I wish all raw denim suppliers provided an actual post soak measurement for each of their jeans. Would do wonders for their sales an show great customer service. They'd have to update it for each batch of denim and be washed at their recommended temperature. Any thoughts?
