  1. Thanks for the help tmadd and TT. The M denim utility shirt (slimmer one wash version of the CPO) fits me perfectly. The shoulder and chest measurements of the M sweater look too small, but those are harder to measure in a sweater, especially if it stretches.

  2. Did anyone buy this sweater? I am thinking of picking it up, but it seems super slim and long. The M (my usual MFSC size) should fit me in length, but be a bit small in the shoulders and chest. Just wondering how stretchy it is...

  3. Thanks, think that might be too slim for me though, I'm same size as Zissou in the Shore Jacket but I believe in shirts and other MFSC pieces he is a size smaller . Zissou you're a small in Engineered Garments and a Medium in the MFSC Denim Utility Shirt correct?

    That I am......

  4. Check MF, and I heard that *cough*J Crew men's store in Soho*cough* has a couple...

I am a M in the shore jacket and a 38 in the pea coat. Check the measurements on Self Edge.

  5. Thanks, guys.

TTM- Actually, local pickup would save you about $10. They are all going to be shipped to me, and then I will package them up individually and send them out to everyone.

Turntabloid- I sent the list to Nathan, the guy making the shirts, and he's in the process of checking availability. He'll send photo samples of what's avialable.

For the purchase poll, you guys should assume that you'll get the color you want. I am just trying to get a rough estimate of how many of each shirt will be ordered, especially since 50 people responded to the design survey!

  6. Hah. Cool, are you at USU? Hmm, it might be easier for you to just look for my MFSC- there's TNF all over the place up here, and I'm not gonna walk around looking at every guy's ass for a little green tab... :)

  7. ^I have the MFSC denim Utility shirt, which is basically the CPO but in one-wash 6oz denim. I wouldn't really wear it during the hot weather. The CPO is unsanforized unwashed 11oz denim and meant to be an overshirt. Why not go for one of the dark indigo chambrays? You'd get much more use out of it.

  8. Oh, man, there should be a million options for you. My only option is the seamstress at the local dry cleaners, but thankfully she is good. I agree on tailoring- there's nothing better than a well-fitting shirt. I've actually gotten tired of drastic tailoring lately and am going MTM for a bit. In the end, it's about the same (or less) cost.

  9. What are you talking about? This thing is awesome.

Seriously, though, I'll be sure to add an element of reason to the voting. For instance, I'd never allow a shaped yoke with EG pockets.

  10. I just put the design survey up!

CLICK HERE to vote on the survey to determine the design of our chambray workshirt.

Please vote on this poll only if you are reasonably certain that you will buy at least one of these shirts. And vote only once!

  11. Step 1. Birthday on August 8th

    Step 2. Collect birthday money

Step 3. Go to SENY party on the 9th with said money

    Step 4. ???

    Step 5. Profit

Hah. My birthday is the 8th as well, but I'm not getting enough birthday money for a ticket east. Would have been perfect as I have family in CT.

That bandana looks amazing, kiya. It just might have to be a present to myself.
