I have too many pair of denim to break in and not enough time to start a new pair, even though these seem to fade fast! They have been soaked twice and worn about 2 weeks. I will post measurements later today, please feel free to ask any questions.

Is dry clean the only options for a wash with no shrinking? Got a pair of APCs that need washing but I can't have any shrinking on them. I know APCs are not known for shrinking but on my previous pair the rise slowly shrunk over time.

If I can find some nice worn in pics I might be tempted... trading in my jap repro denim and moving back to APC NS, my favorite jean cut ever.

Same here man, I always go back to my new standards which are my cheapest but favorite. They have become a classic in my opinion, modern day 501s.

I hope to see some Madras shortsleeves this summer, my old ones are pilling like crazy.

Im having the exact same problem same button hole. It just seemed to explode like 2 days ago. and my Fit is far from tight in that area. I could easily have SDO. Its not so bad i guess. Will only take a few minutes to Reenforce it.

My old 811s buttons eventually ripped through, I can tell my contest pair is a bit more reinforced though.

How is the stretching on these? I just gave mine a second soak and I'd like them to stretch back out to how they were after my first soak. Will this be possible?

#86 here, mine fit so perfect after a soak. I did a real fast one, 20 mins in room temp water.

What should I get the inseam hemmed to if I want a 33 to 33.5" inseam after the first soak?
