Simple question for you LVC heads. How come my 1947 501s do not have a stamp on my inside pocket? My $40 501 STF have a "This is a pair of levis" and some decoration stamped on the insid epocket.

Trying to get a fit similar to my size 30 APC NS but with a slightly smaller leg opening. The Skulls 5507 seem to be a great option, has anyone sized their 5507 to their apc ns? I heard they are about the same but with a 7.5 leg opening.

Oh I know. I was just wondering about the lack of creasing/wiskers/combs. My guess is they were worn for 4 months or so then sat in a drawer for a year. I think if I starch them and wear them around the house some creasing might set in.

I recently purchased a used pair of Levis 1947 501 and I was surprised when they arrived. They obviously seemed to be a worn a bit but there's absolutely no creases in the denim, the denim is just very flat and light in weight throughout. What's up with this?

Does the Uniqlo in NY have any cotton jackets and pants that you could piece together for a suit? Possibly wont work out for a wedding, but I need a suit for the rare occasion and don't want to spend much $$ on it.

Any suggested Military pack I should get? I carry alot during the day; two pair of shoes (one has a wood sole so is heavy), change of clothes, gym clothes, three or four food containers for lunch, and a bunch more msc crap. I guess I should just stop in a Army Navy store and just pick up a generic pack right?

Thanks for the question. The outside is 100% polyester and inside is 100% cotton. I would say it's suitable for many types of weather just nothing super cold. I've only worn it a few times because its always been a bit too small for me since I started going to the gym but the times I did it was in florida during a rainy day with a t-shirt underneath and in New York during a cold rainy day with a flannel underneath.

I'm not sure if its the lights in my house giving my jeans a yellowish tint but I think my pair is developing that yellowish tint Apcs are prone to. They have been worn at work for about 7 months with 1 cold soak. Should I throw them in with woolite to try and get some of the yellow out? I wouldn't necessarily say they are dirty.
