anyone knows if the 3A-E1-L fits well in a 3A-1?

it reads A4+ on the website (and so it's more than A4) and more than a macbook air 13 for example

 

 

It fits.  A full pouch loaded up in a 3A-1 that has other stuff maybe a little more difficult. Here is mine.  The small pouch is same size as mk2 mezzanine.

IC: PL-J1 (no hood version) size small, no bag or spec sheet. Purchased used through yahoo Japan but in great condition. Only noticeable wear is fading on care/wash tag.

Anybody of you use their 6TS on a bike actually?

I've got it to replace one of my old messenger bags, that is slowly falling apart, but it seems like the bag wasn't really made to actually be used as such. Just the fact, that you can't seem to fasten the strap (maybe I'm just too stupid?) with one hand is a major turnoff.

It's a little large, I would say a 5/8ts or 3a are more suitable. I use my 6ts for traveling.

3A-6TS-COR is an impressive piece.

Indeed, not sure if the trolley strap and laptop sleeve are enough to upgrade my 6ts...making a serious case though.  Ordered a 3A-E1-L and S, been looking for something similar for my travel kit.  These should do nicely.

Front pocket might be mezzanine with a side zip too, don't see a top flap.  Please be in SS16.

I've washed my j29-ch and p10-ch in industrial microtwill a few. times now. This iteration of CH is probably one of my favorite fabrics used by acr, but I noticed they were beginning to wet out. I took an iron to them both, and water beads off like they were new (as suggested by the care instructions).

I washed per instructions in hot water with tech wash, double rinse, and line dry. The only "problem" is that the cut and patterning on both of these is so damn complex it takes forever to iron them without getting weird lines or folds.

Picture didn't turn out great.  The left side of the seam was not ironed.  I sprayed some water on each side and let it sit for about a 30 seconds.

WTT: Looking for a black GT-J34 in medium.  I have a GT-J27PL (medium) or DS-HD2 (black/medium) for trade + cash.   Holding for now, will update if offering up again.

I think it's perfect for any p10.

I've got one, due to the low rise on the p10, unless you're tucking in your shirt the top of the buckle hits your skin when you sit because it is pretty tall.  I've found it more comfortable on the p14 due to the higher rise.  Haven't tried it on my p9, yet but suspect it would be the same case as the p10.

Is M in the J50-WS normal/tight for you?? I'm 5'10 165lbs and went with M. 20 lbs heavier than you. Ordered online since I couldn't get it in store and now i'm afraid i messed up on my first purchase    I did look at the chest measurements though and the M was in line with jacket sizes I would get from other labels but of course Acronymn may be different...

It's fitted.  With the way it's cut though you may be okay depending where those extra 20 pounds are lol.  I don't think there is too much more room in the shoulders (width wise) but if you have bigger arms/waist/chest it might work. Lengthwise you should be good.   

Haven't handled the P10-DS yet, but from the photos it looks to be the same material as the DS-HD2. Thin, stretchy, breathable.

 

May have a chance to check them out after work today, will update if possible.

Thanks, would appreciate the input.  I got a DS-HD2 and its a great light layer.  Unfortunately it won't matter too much since the Kith small just sold out...

Anyone handle the P10-DS material?  I'm looking for something breathable.  The microtwill and the material used on the P14-CH doesn't breathe as much as I would like for warmer days.  

Also if anyone can comment on the gabardine breathability that would be much appreciated as well.

9/18 Update - well after wearing my P14-CH and P10-CH (SS15) in 80F weather, I say the P14-ch is actually comfortable temperature wise.  Much more breathable than the microtwill.    

How's the fit on the hoodie? Haven makes it look nice and baggy, some other stores make it look slim.

 

Go with your regular acronym size for the loose look. The material is very elastic so you can size down one for a fitted look. I went with my normal size so I could layer underneath.  For reference I'm 5'9" 145lb, and went with mediums.  I'm went medium in gt-j22/j50-ws/ds-la3/ds-hd2/j48-ss/j47, small in j29-ch and j1a-s.  Went medium in gt-j27pl but could have done a small for a slightly more fitted look.

Can anyone offer some care advice for the new CH Industrial Microtwill fabric? Should machine wash? Should dry clean?

I have the j29-ch and p10-ch and washed both machine warm with tech wash. Neither shrunk and no signs of fading yet. I think the label says you can do hot water, but I washed it with some other Schoeller than needed warm. Water repellency did not seem to be impacted but I have only washed each twice so far.

Am I the only one that never tried "Pack Carry" with their 5ts or 6ts?  That blew my mind.

Grabbed the bomber and hoodie.  The bomber cut is fantastic, fitted without restricting movement.  The hoodie has an interesting mesh texture on the exterior- haven't seen it before but gives it a great look.  

The 47a's upper pocket isn't as noticeable in person as the photos make it look.  Very subtle, and the layered front cargo pocket is very spacious.  Unfortunately my size was already sold out so I'll wait for the next interops hardshell...

Also they picture a 3A-1 and 3A-MK1 with the 5TS, but are these available anywhere?

I can't.  Too much.  Mind blown.  Now I know why all the excitement from those with subnet access.
