very very wrong, a tattoo is not an open wound, in fact a tattoo really shouldnt ever break skin, it should merely be like roadrash, just a surface disturbance, if your artist is going through the skin, then go find someone else. ive been getting tattooed for years, and the people that have tattooed me have been getting tatooed for even longer, and i spend quite a bit of time at a shop. the first 24-36 hours i have a tattoo i wash with super hot water, then cold, then super hot again maybe 20 to 25 times. scabbig is not good for a tattoo because it lifts ink out of the skin, plus when the scab comes off it takes ink with it. no scabs = no color loss. i havent had a scab on a tattoo in nearly two years, ever since i learned that the lotion blah blah blah is bullshit.

see thats the funny part, i was worried about the same thing, on big they said 13.75 prewash, and a .5 inch shrinkage and my sexi04s have a 11.6 thigh, but my samurais are much slimmer in the thigh than the sexi04s. i think its just how you wash them, just wash reaaaaal hot and soaaak real hot and youre gonna get a ton of shrinkage.

care to elaborate a litte more on the S0610LX? there hasnt really been much talk at all, i know they only did even sizes, but would love to hear your thoughts on them.

i know im not beatle, but i own a pair. i got a size 34 (a 33 would have been perfect) and hot soaked in near boiling water for 45 mins, then hot washed them (took out before spin ccycle) then hung dry until mostly dry, i started wearing while still damp, and the waist was ridiculously tight, but by the end of the day they stretched back out to bigger than raw size. they do have a slight taper from the knee down, but its still a decently straight leg cut, not all that slim, but just a nice manly straight leg jean. the texas cotton feels so amazing, and after soaking them i was amazed at how stiff they got, and the color even got a bit darker.ive been wearing for about a month now, and theres some wallet fading, and the hidden rivets are really showing, but not much other than that, which im stoked about, i didnt want them to wear through after 3-4 months, since i sized up and not down im pretty sure the crotch wont blow too soon (it probably will eventually) but theyre a badass jean, and they fit awesome.

have heart is super cheesy and their new(er) album is horrible.

nah dude, i dig your taste, but songs to scream at the sun is pretty great, they took away any bit of jock swagger that their first record had and just made a truly enjoyable record, only complaint is its too short. i need epic hardcore haha. someone give me a hardcore band with 7-8 minute long tracks of fury and ll love you forever.

scabbin? you need to step your tattoo care game up. its all about aquaphor, leave a thin layer on at all time, wash every 1 to 2 hours, and wrap in saran wrap over night (with a layer of aquaphor on) cleaning generously in the morning. no scabbing, no color loss. heals within 2 to 3 days.

And btw - I think the S0610LX is one of the best jeans Samurai has ever made ..the reinforced texas cotton is even better than the first batch that came out - and frankly - I'm surprised they didn't get more attention.

gap now has vintage "style" sweatshirts, tried one on, it was really thin, and obviously not loopwheeled or anything super high quality, but it had a great look and fit, and only 18 bucks. didnt cop though, may next weekend though.
