I'm selling this immaculate pair of Wolverine 1K mile boots size 8.5.
Bought from Unionmade, these are not B-stock.
I wore them once around the block on a non rainy day.
They're a little too big for me. Fits a US size 9/9.5
Had a Vibram "topy" sole set on them by a professional for a functional yet clean look
Also applied an (invisible) coat of Huberd's work boot oil for element protection
These are basically all ready for fall/winter season!
€220
This is a great deal for any European, as these boots are virtually unavailable on the continent, and duty charges are expensive upon import.
also selling Alden Indy 403's also in size US8.5
worn maybe 10 times, couple blemishes but still in excellent shape with hardly zero wear on the sole.. €280 .. pics to follow

letting go of this rare instant limited edition black Canada Goose x Colette parka
it's a modified version of the constable parka which is a tactile jacket used by special forces in Canada, it has four "M65" front pockets, side zips allowing easy access to your jean pockets or sub layers, there is even 2 internal fish net pockets for beverage isolation/transportation. the removable zip hood is also modified with ez front velcro and the detachable fox fur is generously oversized for maximum warmth/swag. so there is basically 3 ways you can sport it. the patches are also easily removable if you chose to do so. it's the ultimate winter joint wether you're in the city or the outdoors.
only available through Colette in Paris. sold out long ago!

So what does everyone think of the Buzz Rickson's Loop Wheel Sweats? I'm reading a page back that they have a fake V gusset?
yes the gusset is fake...i still cannot get over this, especially for a company like BR that prides itself in the upmost authenticity.. that being said the cut & quality are good, i do love wearing mine but would probably head elsewhere in the future (options are far from limited these days)

paris, texas? werd? well it's 2012 now anyways.
no the other paris lol.. (location is a joke reference to the 1984 movie)
as for the "debate" yes it's utterly silly to even begin to compare dior/hedi denim to japanese repro's & such, doesn't mean there isn't room for both. i'll wear my dior & balmain once or twice a month when i'm in hard swag pimp mode at the club/show/downtown gallery expo. 95% rest of the time i'll be creasing and spilling drinks at the dive bar in my LVC/Jap denim rotation..

darts are played out if you spend your life on fashion forums, but where else do you see back pocket darts in real life? i see those same plain pockets everyday.
i guess it's all relative to where you live...here in paris the dart pockets were a pretty common sight...in 2006..

..funny i'm the exact opposite, i find the darts are so played out and tacky, this is a much cleaner design, if you also factor in the denim is selvage as opposed to DH that kind of explains the price increase (of course its overpriced but were talking ysl not apc)

my bad! i didn't see the 19cm straight leg, they weren't up on the site when i checked 24h ago

^ well it would appear so, the site has a section called "Saint Laurent Selvage" and also "Saint Laurent Skinny"
my guess is the slim 100% cotton will be selvage and the skinny with elastane will not
and btw those measurements in the first post are false, the slim are 17.5cm but the skinny are 16cm (!!!)
one last thing i was at YSL flagship yesterday hoping to cop a pair but they won't be out until January (online is pre-order only)

^ for sure, i used to always be a medium..now depending on the top, i go from small to large, i kid you not

ok gf thew in the wash my beloved 55's the other day... on high spin!!! (
fortunately, i wore them damp and they haven't shrinked to an unwearable point but they did go from relaxed to a tight fit, they feel more like 54z now (which actually isn't as bad as it seems). but the ugly thing is i got 10-15 inch vertical creases/fades on several areas. i don't really care that much, but the 55's are by far my favorite cone denim... got me wondering what would be the closest to it in the lvc range? my pre-washed 47's do look a bit similar...?

embrace the looseness... vintage cuts are far from being the most flattering, fit looks pretty darn good to me..

i was at the paris st.honoré store today (new flagship on rive gauche is still under construction) and well it essentially feels like Dior Homme only black everything, they still haven't got much in yet but tried on 2 stunning jackets i hadn't seen in any ads/store online: a black cotton/leather varsity and another black leather/cotton barracuta G4 / rider jacket hybrid... incredible quality and details (the inside alone is some kind of heavy textured satin) sadly though they were both cut extremely short looking abnormal on my yet regular torso... fitting must of gone wrong or something.. on the other hand a size 46 mac trench fit huge although perhaps it was intended to be oversize.. but i have a sneaky suspicion sizing is a bit all over the place. except indeed for denim which runs true, although no clue if the raw selvedge models will shrink (forget about asking YSL sales reps if the denim is sanforized they had enough trouble understanding selvedge and getting right the 3 cuts i'd requested) one pair of denim though was absolutely stunning, grey black raw slims that felt like they were 24oz (no kidding) with again hidden details like selvedge line in the interior.. i was actually told by the oldest SA there (a lady in her 60s) that this model is inspired by hedi's first denim pair ever at YSL way back in the late 90s! probably some ol crock BS but nonetheless interesting imo:
