I think they could look great with some Geller SS08. You don't see them up for sale often, so even at $250, they're not bad.

i once saw a pair of mijs which was not that long... the hem was what i expected from the 19cm cut, but they were sooo tight at the thigh-area... it was like a 19/17cm cut. but as far as i know such a cut doesn't exist... :confused:

I expected KVA to position his line as a counterpoint to his Dior Homme collection, but this was KVA for the High St. The 'thrown together' styling is immature, it's been done better nearly everywhere else already. Executed like this, any merit held in the details, cuts or fabrics is robbed and we're left with 40 clumsy looks without justification for the runway.

Not too tight, nicely fitted, but I'd sag them a bit lower on your hips for less spotlight creasing to the crotch.

I'd be skeptical of anything more than one size over fitting, unfortunately. I'm a 45 (usually US12, UK11) and 44's are the snug fit I wanted - a hair away from being too small, but never crushing in on the toes.

Size 11.5 UK, which translates to 12-12.5 US, and they'll probably go on the supermarket.

My pair of Ian Harold boots. They're a classic Australian workboot; fairwelt machine sewn and brass wire screwed, made from a single piece of oak tanned bull hide and lined with kangaroo leather. Poron padded footbed, covered elastic sides and oil resistant cork rubber compound sole and heel. Sadly I don't have space for them in my apartment, they'll be going up for sale soon.

Goat leather has quite a coarse grain, which can be buffed smooth, but they've chosen to leave it (as an attempted aesthetic feature, but more likely to retain strength), wether than works for your idea of dressy or not is up to you. Personally, it's a no if you're primarily wearing them with suits.

Try find something in kangaroo leather if you're after soft/light dress shoes.
