  1. Interesting. Thats more agressively paced than the Southern Hemisphere market - which seems stuck between 6 month old releases from the North and our own that typically release September and March. The SS08 collections arriving December onwards are well timed for the middle of our summer and make a tempting alternative to the local offerings.

  2. Educate me on how these fashion cycles run in the Northern Hemisphere...

Right now it's Autum, heading into winter. How long have the AW07/08 collections been in store and when do SS08 pieces typically get released in stores?

  3. I've got pairs of KMW Rockers and Skull 5010xx 6x6, both are great slim, tapered cuts but I wouldn't call them skinny, nor are they as heavy as you're talking about.

I say take your measurements and talk to Self Edge about the smallest Self Edge x Iron Heart model you can sqeeze into. If it's only the taper thats off, I'm sure they can advise you on how best to tailor it in.

  4. In my opinion, the toe box is totally different on the Raf shoes.
Yeah agreed. I would compare them to umbroxkj if anything...

Outside of both being black hightops, they don't have much in common at all. I was just referring to the model from Airjamie's thread, which is what jmatsu referenced.

Cut that little tag off, discard the one on the tounge, and put some black paintmarker over the heel logo and BAM cheapo macRAFs.

  5. The only thing I can suggest is that you keep an eye out for rust. A repainted AE86 will hide a lot of sins and definitely look the part, but all the work gone into it won't be worth much if the chassis is full of cancer. The hatch hinges and around the fuel filler really common spots for rust. I'm completely in love with rwd Corollas though, my favorite being the TE27...

  6. The nice thing for Radiohead is that apparently it costs them roughly $3.64 per "cd" sold.

I'd like to know what that $3.64 is comprised of.

Since these are totally new waters, in terms of accessability and international scope, I can't see a figure like $3.64 holding true past its first month on sale.
