  1. If you speak of the real Edwin made 1937 101 Replika I can say there is no different in quality, but the denim is less heavy than of the 1937 501XX, Lee used 11oz Denim which isn´t really heavy, but soft. The fit is quite the same, loose fitting as the most 1930s jeans around.

  2. I guess that doesn´t say anything about the model it only tells us when the jeans were made, before 1970 or later... I believe talon 42s had been used in the 70s and gripper zippers aswell as scovills in the 1960s... otherwise two same models, produced in the same year, could have two different zippers only because they are made in two different factories, but this is not for sure, I´m only guessing! What would Paul T. tell us???

  3. I´m searching for a new dry Levis Vintage Clothing 1944 WW2 S501xx,

from the fall/winter 2005 collection, the leather patch should read W30 with a L34, L36 or L38 leg.

    Thanks!

  4. Is anybody interested in these fantastic, heavy and strong Cafe Racer Leather Jacket out of the spring/summer 2002 Levis Vintage Clothing Collection? It´s really really rare by now, it´s called Bonneville and reminds the car races on the US salt lakes in Utah and Arizona during the 1950s. The jacket is like new, worn two times, the hang on loop is getting a bit loose, but could be repaired easily. The size is M or 38-40". It fits me with 185cm and 77kg very very good. I would ask 350Euro plus 26Euro for shipping to the most european countries, 50Euro to the USA&Canada and 60Euro anywhere else, the shipping will be tracked and insured up to 500Euro.

  5. okay, most of this clamp work in two ways, it´s important that the denim is wet, so you can get some extra inches, most of my new jeans I stretch this way:

Look at the chair, this is why Levis in 1937 introduced conceald rivets, but thes cratches came from a 2007 Levis Engineered Back Pocket Rivets, I SHOULD COMPLAIN! :D

  6. I´ve always got the problem with my waist, if the jeans fit perfect at the waist, its too loose on ass and legs, but then I found this clamp here, you can easily stretch to the max, just make the denim wet and then stretch and stretch, but beware, don´t get over the top, otherwise you´ll lose the top (button) ;) btw: I´m not from the horrorable commercial "Amazing Discoverys" hehe!
