MilSpex, I´ve got it! I had one more look at the pics and on one pic you can see, that the jean got the single sided RedTab. These jeans are made between 1947-1953, that also would declare the high price.

one more thing: the red tab of these doesn´t show the trademark "R", I guess this were firts used in the late sixties. so these must had been made earlier.

The diamond was already introduced in 1947 as you can see on the LVCs 1947 501, well these here look more 40-50s like, because of the arcuate style, in the 60s it was more flat I think, the bows hadn´t been that long.

Hey Roflcopterpwnsyou, unfortunately Levis never brought em back as dry version, there was a rinsed verison from LVC two years ago and cost about 180Euro, I really would like get em them in my size because these shown on pics are orignal 1960s deadstocks, but in W27L28, these will never never fit me :/ cheers

These are 501s wich must have been produced from 1947 on to the mid 1960s, more I can´t say.

These must be 606 Super Slim´s (if the are slim tapered,are they?)wich were introduced in 1966 I guess, in this time people demand skinnier jeans like the 505, the 501 became slimmer aswell in the 1960s.

would be interesting if someone does a new way of wearing jeans in, lets say, turn em inside out and wear em like that for 6month everday... it would be an interesting experiment, so who came first??? crazy horses over here =)

I´m riding my cycle a lot, that gives a nice ass and combs fading, but unfortunately much abraison at the crotch area aswell:/

Here one of my favs: LVC 517 Bootcut 555 button, they had 3-4 washes, the first wash was after 10-20 times of wear, all in all the should have had 2-3 month of every day .

It´s a 14-15oz non selvege ring ring denim .

Okay folks, I´m searching for a LVC 1966 606 Superslim in W30 L30-32 or a real vintage in W30-31 L28,30,32 in dark blue or deadstock rigid. Any offers? I would trade aswell! I´ve got a deadstock 1960s 606 with tags in W27 L28.

Unfortunately the jean is not my size, it´s W27 L28 so I will keep it like a treasure...

Hey anbody ever seen a selfstanding pair of jeans? These deadstock 60s 606 superslim are so stiff and made from 14-15oz denim, they stand from alone.

Hey Dejan, do you know if these 1966 501s will be shrink to fit and if th 505s will be available in W31, I guess they did only ful sizes this season!? Levi´s will not release a dry 606 Superslim, will they? I love that type, but it has never been rerealesed by LVC, so I hope for the future... thanks man
