she's playing again at glasslands tonight, probably not going to see her again, but you should definitely check it out if you're into goth tinged electronic music.

that is true, but maybe the characters were holding in hopes of some government agency still being out there to protect them. for one thing, andrea was pretty grief-stricken after the death of her sister so that might have swayed her. the doctor from the CDC really did give a pretty logical speech saying that it was the most humane way to die also...

just watched the finale and it was pretty solid.

they were supposed to play the negative approach show at santo's in september, but mysteriously did not show up... I'm glad I'll still be able to have a chance to seem them live and stomp some heads during lowest depths.

hockey season has started... a week ago.

just saw envy last night and let me tell you, they were one of the best bands i've ever saw live. the wall of sound (even without one of their guitarists) was incredible, haven't experienced that before.

also bought their new full length "recitation", and it is KILLER. not as chaotic as "all the footprints..." or "a dead sinking story" but awesome nonetheless. check it out guys!

Their new record "Recitation" is coming out October 12th also, super excited. I'm going to the Santo's Party house date and tickets go on sale friday at noon, check out your local venue to see when the tickets are up, they WILL sell out.

I'm looking for some good shoe repair in san francisco. the unfortunate thing is that the shoes i want to get repaired have gum soles and aren't the traditional leather shoes that shoe repair stores specialize in.

yeah truth. but i've been reading up on the situation and apparently the guy on the motorcycle had a silver wristband which meant they were part of the band or the crew. also there was a security guard that was on a total power trip (tried to force himself into a band's van and peppersprayed them) and was told not to come back on sunday. lo and behold, he shows up and he's the main instigator with the motorcyclist.

regardless though, NO ONE should ride a fucking motorcycle into a hardcore show and instigate stupid shit like that. people just want to listen to music, not be enveloped in a shit fest.

damn. it's always a couple of fuckwads that ruin it for everybody.

i can imagine it being some of those la hardcore kids that i see in videos a lot. you know those asshole types that don't have that much respect for bands or venues? but maybe i'm just pigeonholing it after i had to suffer for four days in shitty ass LA.

what exactly happened fang? i keep on hearing that the show ended horribly and etc.
