I think the color is going to get really interesting as they continue to fade. I've got the beginnings of vertical discoloring happening in the raised areas, and then the between areas will fade differently than the smooth ones.

Unfortunately my 5000BKs are sitting in my PO Box, so I'm going to have to add those to the rotation tomorrow, thus slowing the damage on the Eternals.

And in regards to the natural indigo thing, I feel like these are kinda refuting what's been said that natural indigo fades slow because of the hank dyeing process and not the indigo properties. My 872s seem to be fading pretty quickly.

My new Eternal 872 Size 28 (pre and post soak) The Eternals didn't shrink/twist nearly as much as I had expected, but I think they'll work out just fine.

Good to know that you had a similar experience with the 872. Mine didn't seem to twist or shrink much either. I've been wearing them pretty much nonstop since the beginning of June. The fit definitely continues to conform to your body with wear. I can tell the color is going to get pretty great with time.

Oh, and your Samurais are pretty much my favorite jeans.

Great fit. The Rockers cut looks pretty great. I'd love to see a pair of KMWs broken in, but it seems to be taking a while for everyone.

If my mum didn't ask for it back, I would resew those Antischism and Nausea patches in an instant. I've still got a Born Against patch on my bag, but aside from that I like to keep it a little classy as of late.

I definitely did this at a friend's house. I looked at the wall and was like "was that me?" So I bumped it again and there was more blue. Don't tell him.

I opted for the size 30. Pics will follow after they arrive and I've soaked them. Hopefully that was the correct way to go. If not, check the Supermarket

My size 30 APCs are a touch loose after the notorious stretching. The 30 PBJs are too tight. Maybe a 30 in Samurais would be just right?

Polishmike, I'd say my "normal" size is probably more like 32 than 30. Based on that, do you think a 30 would be appropriate?

Not sure. They're a fuller cut than something like PBJ XX-005, so I think it's easier to get away with sizing down a little. Totally your call, though. I'm not familiar with Samurai sizing, so I don't know how these would compare. Mine are size 32, and if there were a 31, I think that would have been the ideal fit for me. No odd sizes though.

I don't think they stretched a whole lot, but that could be because I got a normal size. Had I gotten a 30, I'm sure they'd have stretched as needed.

They are not a slim jean, so I'd say if you want them more fitted, get a 32. Otherwise, go for the 34. They won't be tight, but they won't be falling off of you either.

HTW just curious how does it look while it fades? and have you washed at all?

Have some odd creases between the back pockets. You can see one in the pic. Anyone else who owns these have something similar?
