I've always thought about doing it, but just never got around to it... We'll see.
Regular Ralfs.
Don't do it! The stitching's fine. Great pair.

^^atmos safaris?
Nah, Mowabb pack I'm pretty sure he's talking about. They could be had for like $20 at outlets a few years ago.

My above statement was intended in the same spirit as ddml's claim that he'd wear them with both legs in one pant leg, for the record =P.

Don't worry, Beatle. I'll redo the pockets with white-out.

That Lee jacket fits really well. I had one that was way too baggy, so I'm vaguely jealous.

haha yea
the predistressed were pretty nasty
i think thats with frequent washing though, kind of like how eternals get really streaky with a lot of washes
I was gonna wash every month, but after seeing those pics im going for the no wash for as long as possible route
Good call. I think the paradigm has shifted on here to overwashing in general, which in my opinion doesn't look that great. I like high contrast though, so I'm definitely biased in that respect.

I work in the same environment...but we switched to "business casual" (no jeans), but I've manage to manipulate it thus far so I can wear them everyday (by can, I mean I do, but am not supposed to)
Doing the same thing. So far, so good.

I wanna dress like a skinhead, eventho Im not white nor do I have a skinhead.
But I aspire to dress like AFI in Third Season... I dont kno why.
You don't have to be white to be a skinhead. Short hair helps, though.

Apparently this is actually getting released properly at some point.

Revolutionnary chic has been hot ever since the Patty Hearst incident. I love those hats on girls, make you feel like fighting the Man with her in the jungle, hopefully with some wild sex inbetween. On men they tend to look G-Star douchey but I don't think this was the case here.
Those castro hats were pretty big with the stretched earlobe, brass knuckles tattoo, terror shirt, moshmetal crowd a few years ago.

yeah i was thinking that or a cold soak and possibly wear them when it is damp to strech. i kind of want a slimmer fit anyways. im 5'11 and 165 lbs.
is it too risky? a 29?
I'm about the same size as you, and I just got a 30. I think that was the correct size for me. I'll post pics at some point.

Definitely not gonna make it. I'm in the process of moving and just started a new job. Have to do most of the former this weekend because of my schedule with the latter. I'm going to require lots of pictures.

My S5000BKs arrived today. Size 30 fits perfectly. Thanks everyone who helped me with sizing.
No more denim for a year.

That first Samurai shirt is wild.

but the 872s are synthetic indigo dyed right? probably why it fades faster. it looks the same as my oni shoais but i've been having a hard time w/ fades and contrasts with them.
Yeah, the 872s are synthetic. They're also hank dyed.
There was a discussion here where the general consensus was that things like the Oni Shoais and PBJ XX-001 are hard to fade not because of the natural indigo, but because they are hank dyed. The 872s seem to suggest otherwise.

New developments in the Levi's vs Japanese repros story

I like repro details, but don't find repro cuts terribly flattering in general. Furthermore, I prefer something on the pockets, but it doesn't necessarily have to be arcs and tabs.
Levi's actions really aren't going to prompt me to start buying Levi's again. They'd have to put out a product I'm interested in for that to happen. I think the whole situation is pretty dumb. Tabs and arcs, I'll give them that. 5 pocket pants, not really.
