Thanks for the info Mr. T...by the way, what about the from pocket bags on the '22s? Are they as shallow as the pockets for the '15s?

here are my ROYs one week in "on the job." I'm helping my dad build a cafeteria for a local school...this week we were prepping for the pouring of the concrete basement, which meant working with gravel...lost of it...160 tons to be exact...

I was going to say this as well...the most recent run of 1944s appear to be the most authentic LVC have put out to date...I guess aside from the fact that they weren't actually MADE by Levi's.
Honestly, I think the 2010 issues are better. Didn't notice the beltloop problem roy6 mentioned, but the detailing and, most of all, the fabric, is some of the best I've seen. Altho like many recent ones, they're made well oversized.0 -

Cool...I wish I had purchsed more Valencia St. stuff when I had the chance...I really only got into LVC right after the plant closed down...I only have one pair of '47s and a type II jacket

The wife and I made a trip down to Charleston, SC last week and, of course, the ROYs came along. I've been several times, but this was our first visit to a plantation. This one was pretty cool, as it had some amazing gardens, and the house currently standing was originally a cabin in the mountains of NC and was transported down to SC after the Union Army burned down the original mansion at the end of the Civil War. It has experienced a couple major additions over the years.

VERY jealous!!!
I thought for sure Roy wouldn't want any detail pictures put up of the shirt, but he said go ahead- he's curious as to what people think of it, so:0 -
Let's not turn this into something ugly...I was not offended by the offer...I will simply decline. Any time someone on the board is interested in purchasing something from me, and they have concerns about my reputation, I can easily direct them to my ebay account to show that I'm not a cheat.
Also, I've been around here long enough without incident in any way that people should feel comfortable dealing with me.
If you still have doubts, that's completely fine...caution, especially on the Internet, is perfectly understandable.
Anyway, back to LVC...what's the sizing on the '47s like?
1st, the item does lose value because as far as I know he does not have a brand name in which I am familiar with. I dont know if I can truly even trust the delivery of this item.2nd, I take offense to this trolling comment. My offer has nothing to do with trolling. I dont need a pair of jeans right now, so because I really dont have a demand, I therefore am not inclined to pay much. Furthermore, the item is worth nothing more than the highest bid. If no one else out there is willing to pay more than me, this fella is may rather chose to have the money now, and not sit on inventory. Ever heard of a sale? My words to you are that you shouldnt take your business so personally, troll.

Understood...once again...I appreciate all the feedback.

I thought the price was $265 at cultizm. I guess if you figure in the $16.30 for shipping to the US for cultizm, I'm closer to $20 under their price.
Thanks for the info.

PM sent....
are those 1944 the rough rinse or raw ones?0 -
Anyone know the cheapest place on the web to get rigid LVCs? I've been trying to unload a couple pairs of mine for a few weeks and have had no luck.
I'm asking well under what Unionmade and Cultizm are asking. Is there another, cheaper source?
I want to be reasonable in my pricing but I don't want to lose my ass either.

I know LVC did a blue/gold horizontal stripe blazer around that same time...I don't remember the version in the auction though...that doesn't mean it isn't legit.
