Say what you want but you'll never have the balls to rock that stache.

two answer your first question - no. The New Standards (Unisex), Rescue, Anglaise (English), and Hipster (Women's) are selvage.

You dont have a choice. They're 36" in length

New Standard is more like a regular slim fit. The tight jeans are actually the really skinny ones. On the website, the New Standards are called "Unisex"

if your actual waist size is 32, you're gonna wanna get a 31 or in APCs. They tend to be sized a little bigger than they should be.

Yea I kinda like that commercial, only because it portrays the ultra-nerdy relationship between the wearer and his jeans...

My MindSpray suggests lying them flat to dry, I would add and say that it's even better to hang them. It may aid in vertical streak marks appearing on your jeans.

that is some sweet looking denim

To the best of my knowledge, APC never puts their main line of jeans on sale - ever.

If I were in your position I would get Sorahikos because they are affordable - however, if you don't know anything about 45rpm you should definitely try them on. The fits are probably not what you're expecting and you may be gravely disappointed when you drop 800 on some Aihikos and they don't even look how you wanted.

The denim isn't really thicker that I've noticed, it's just heavier. In fact the RRDS denim is pretty compact. I think it has to do with the color of the weft thread; where the APCs are bleached, the RRDS are ecru. This is probably my favorite part about them.

English is baggier in the leg than Rescue and has a slightly lower rise

Those are dead giveaways that you've got dual ringspun cotton. Trust me, it's a good thing. That is some very nice denim, I must add. What are they, Nudie RR Dry Selvages?

AAA shirts are extremely cheap. There is a place down the street from me where they give you 5 of them for $10.
Threedots are at retail I think $22 or so but I could be wrong. I just remember that they are considerably more expensive than American Apparel and that became an issue with my printing.

doo, one of our esteemed denim freaks picked up a pair of those bootlegs as well. Bootleg means that it is wide enough to cover the boot at the opening and does not necessarily denote a flare, as exemplified in their current line by the Rescue and Hipster (Women's jeans).
It seems that the APCs are either made in Tunisia or Macau, and whether you get one or the other is sort of random luck.
Westmount, the unisex jeans are on the slimmer side and definitely fit in with the vans/converse look moreso than dunks.

high_contrast they will absolutely stretch if you wear them while sleeping. GO without washing them for awhile and they'll stretch out quite a bit, especially from where they're at now. There's no way those are the Anglaise though, they are super tight!! I have the women's jeans and they are way looser than those.

btw serge, they look bitchin

just to let anyone know, the Women's jeans of one size are about the same looseness of New Standards in the same size. you'd have to order down a lot for them to be skinnier. only difference is a feminine seat and lower rise.

Julian Red .. totally.

that's odd, I have 29/34's (California, unwashed) and they fit like other 29s.
Geowu I think you got too small of the APCs. I'm 6'0" 145 lbs and I wear a size 29 in APC, only one size down from yours!
