Roy added some explanation around the buttons, as well- the faulty brass button incident from the original run seems to have impacted only three pairs out of the 100+ pair run. I was somewhat wary having watched that unfold live, but that assuaged my worries. Now to see how they’ll perform under wear and tear!

#41) Brass Buttons Jeans arrived in mail today. Crispy, imperceptibly worn, the pink Roy lettering is a nice touch (not sure that was ever on a production run pair.)

Put in an order for the #41) Brass Button Jeans. Roy was remarkably prompt in his response, and I shall be mailing him a check shortly. Having a few days to gnaw on the idea of the offerings before buying was very appreciated. Wish I was able to afford the Collect Mills Indigo shirt, but whoever gets that will have lucked out. Beautiful things for sale. Feels like the last time something like this is going to happen.

@youngofthesoonest looks to be the Heavy Shirt (c.2017) without the tab & tags… can’t wait to see you thrash it!!

just picked up a pair of the Yuketen Bostonians- as a religious Birk wearer, the finish of them is certainly an upgrade, but their “shape” is narrower. Not a 1:1 remake, but same “vibe.” Wish the birks aged as well. Curious to see these FW in person.
