^also two back pockets?
-
Tbh as cool as they look, they look mighty impractical to me... As Julian already said, all the pockets are a must for me, belt loops as well. So if they might add another backpocket & the belt loops as well, I might be in, but that would mess with the whole concept of this repro imo....

At my parents' place for a family birthday. Planted a persimon tree [1] as a birthday gift. Got the new dick carroll comics [2] Tried air layering on my parents yuzu [3]. Let's hope it works out. Fig tree we planted last fall at my grandparents' place is coming along pretty good [4], let's hope for good fruits. Stork's nest right around my parents' place [5]. They used to come back every year, nowadays they don't even leave anymore, since the winters are so mild

Tbh I used to go the inside out rule, but nowadays I just do it hayashi-san style. Wash when needed, nothing turned around and what not. In the end the differences are hard to tell and minimal, if even noticeable, imo. I think there was someone on reddit doing a test on this a few years ago and the results after 2 years or so were hardly noticeable. -
^Only black warp white/natural weft though...

Cheers, After all this talk about another run for a tcb contest, I figured an extra thread to clear out the details would be the next step. Feel free to share wishes and so on, let's see how it goes

They also have them with quilted lining can tell from experience that the new blanket lining is rather thin and flimsy, not as warm as it used to be... -
I live in southwest germany, the region is called Breisgau. Summers here are hot and dry, winters mild but we get frost for a week or two usually. Sometimes - 12°C, but only for a day or two. Not ideal weather for mediteranean plants, but I guess I have to try

@Hopethisoneisnttaken thanks! Where do you live, if I may ask? Would love to have a tiny orchard myself. If you use the whole fruit it works out fine, imo. Since yuzu peel is s bit sweeter and more aromatic the recipe can be altered like this (at least i tried it and it worked fine). Tbh I only found out about yuzu because they are supposed to be pretty hardy (grafted on trifoliate orange down to -15 °C and on their own roots down to -12 °C) the fruits are great though. I'm on the lookout for other hardy species for our balcony right now, but most are just supposed to taste like bitter grapefruits or trifoliate oranges, which isn't my thing.
