Seriously I wouldn’t go running in any of those acronym shells unless you mean running for a bus or something

First bit of what looks like SS18 (?) I’ve seen up anywhere...

End Clothing just dropped an ACG capsule in Tiger Stripe. Looks like not for USA. Rest of ACG next Friday.
Isn't this just new Nikelab gear? I don't think it's ACG

anyone tried ironing Stotz to reactivate DWR as stated on the label?
Yes - several times. It works fine in my experience.
In case anyone is interested, I queried the 'reimpregnate after 5 washes' on the ACR EtaProof pants with Stotz a while back, as to me that sounded less like a surface DWR and more like something was required to be put back inside the fabric. I got the following back:
Quoteyou certainly can use NikWax cotton spray for reimpregnation. In fact, only the outer layer is important to be water repellent.

Sad to report that I just discovered a small hole in the right hand pocket of my J62-S.
I do this for my culture.
Is it worn through or came like that you think? I didn’t check mine over that well yet and fell foul of the unstitched pockets in the PB version last time.

No longer for sale - thanks.

Might be wrong but I don’t remember this line in the description of previous releases(?)
“Aluminium exterior layer will eventually disintegrate to reveal white interior layer.”

Fit block similar to J28-K? Looks like body fits and sleeves lank.
It doesn’t have the same bagginess in the sleeves, no.

Really like em too. Didnt notice any weird looks yet. Not sure if i just put on a load of weight but seem tighter round the waist than other acronym pants.

Anyone wash PB yet? It’s probably the usual thing where I'm being blind but don’t recall a care tag on my 63.

Lol - Kojima posted the spec sheet and his was a 3 . In all seriousness, im sure i wont be able to get near an NG4 for dust but the NG3 needed a few improvements if you ask me. Very weird piece on the more novelty end of the scale ...but to address its function seriously, it needed thicker polartec imo..it curls up at the bottom which is really irritating. Just felt like it needed some more weight and quality to it so a re-do as NG4 seems appropriate to me.

The most exciting thing about that photo for me is layering J63 under other jackets like that. Was always my plan when it got a bit colder.

Doesnt the order confimation normally come in within seconds though? It sounds as if they can still cancel it after that...

Anybody ever linked their bank account to PayPal and pay through the ACR site that way? I have more than enough sufficient funds yet Acronym sent me a cancellation email but the charge already showed up on my PayPal account (I suspect the actual debiting of the bank account will occur within the next 2 business days). Never had this happen before and of course, no response from their e-mail either.
Ive never understood this (i do it the same way) but people talk of needing to put the balance in paypal first for more success...At what point does the cancellation come - after the payment confirmation?

He doesn’t mention a coordinate drop with retailers on that post...in the past the pieces have just drifted in whenever around the same sort of time.

Carl again with the answers. Thanks, appreciate it.
I was convinced I wanted the J46U but having looked at pictures of the J62-S, I'm torn again.
They both do the same job for me and are both very nice jackets. As someone who doesn't have too much experience with Stotz I may be wrong so feel free to correct me. One of my concerns with the J62-S is how it'll age, I'm assuming as it's Stotz it will fade with wear. Which will ruin the clean look for me, the reason I'm buying the jacket. However, the J62 will be slightly heavier and has the option of a hood. It also looks more structured than the J46U which could be more flattering when worn smart.
Kind of talking to myself here.Decisions, decisions. Time to sit down and stare at pictures of both.
I hear you - ive got the 46U and hope to get the 62-S but im actually hoping for the look where the stotz trashes and fades over time on that style. To me thats the potential appeal there!

Nice - Im liking this idea of layering the 61-WS under other jackets!

thank you
you bought them tts i assume? ya sort of how i feel but if it's nothing like rigid gt, feel like more fitted is the way to go. thank you
Sorry yes went TTS in the GT, E and K, although i got rid of the latter. If you didnt try the K in person yet it feels like it’s made out of toilet paper so that one and the Epic drape quite nicely with the looser fit whereas the GT rigidity emphasises it more as you note. I would say just be a little bit careful as the majority of the bagginess is in the arms etc so it may end up feeling too tight in the body, although i havent measured it up in detail. Good luck!

Said it before and it's obviously all subjective...my J28s are pretty big and boxy on me but they look the same as the product shots did (less so the new ones of Ian)...the jacket is supposed to look that way if you ask me!

About sizing, strongly recommends one size down as you normal Acr sizing. @CARLOOA size s would your better choice if you ain’t too obsessed with the E mpire fit
It's pretty over the top but I really do like the huge fit E has in the shots At the time i remember it was 1Kish in price and I left it ...but obviously now this is 'cheap' in the scheme of things and a classic piece imo is gone...bah!

This may just be me being a wimp but does anyone else feel like they’re wearing leg weights with these things on? There’s a very noticeable pull forwards on my legs that I feel which I assume is the zips being heavy. That combined with the jingle bells is really making me feel like i’ll have to give up on these unfortunately ...despite the fact I love the look
