  1. has anyone got a 2 inch belt with fit pics. i have only had 1.5 in the past and 2 seems big?

Not a fit pic, but this is how it looks on jawns. I was nervous about the 2 inch, but it does fit through the belt loops without much of a problem.

  3. I figured it might be helpful for those contemplating another belt order to have all the relevant info in front of them again. It can be found in its original context on pages 10 and 13. Cheers!

    HWDC Belt Samples

Ok, here we go with the leather and buckle options. The only things not pictured are the double pronged buckles, but they are basically a double pronged version of what you see here. If anyone wants any more/ better pictures taking of anything, I will endeavour to do so, and attempt to find correct lighting.

-The price of the belts is $100 shipped to HWDC contestants, and $120 shipped to none contestants. To pre-order you must pay 50% of the price up front, as I cannot afford to secure your order with my own money.

-The pre-order period begins on Monday the 14th of January, and ends on Monday the 28th of January, which is exactly 2 weeks.

-I am hoping that the belts will be ready to ship at the same time as the MBB's, and I am 99.9% sure that they will be, if not a little sooner.

-If you have ordered MBB's, and would prefer to have them shipped together, that is not a problem, unless you are in Asia, your MBB's will despatch from TSS in Singapore, and your belt will ship from the UK.

-To order (and this is the very important part), you must do the following.

    * Make payment to [email protected] via paypal, stating Your name, Forum Name, Belt options, Delivery Address, HWDC number (if you have one), and waist size in the payment notes.

    - If you choose the natural "Russet" leather, please be aware that it is not treated at all, and is more stretchy than the other options.

-When ordering your belt, remember to order the measurement of your jeans rather than your waist. The safest thing to do is measure an existing belt which fits you well. The measurements of your custom order are your responsibility, and no refunds will be given for inaccurate measurements on your part.

  4. Maybe snap a pic at ground level of how they sit on your shoes? I've found myself interested in the 5000 cut lately, and I usually wear my jeans the same way you do (cuff and slight stacking). I'm curious to see how much drag we're talking about here.

  5. Noodle - I went TTS. I play hockey, so I've got pretty big thighs, and this cut sort of feels like a slim straight, especially after some of the more tapered cuts I've tried. Its definitely a bit different, but I'm finding the slightly wider hem a bit more versatile and suited to stacks, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the way the top block fits right now. The waist was tight at first, but it's stretched out perfectly, and I can definitely see these being my best fitting pair as time goes on.

  6. OGL x Brave Mid Wallet in CXL, probably 6-7 months of everyday use, no treatment:

Iron Heart Arcs from the MBBs (so this has happened in literally only a couple weeks):

Worn down/indigo stained edges and corners:

The side that is against my ass, and gets the full indigo treatment. Note the denim imprint, and the curled in edges to conform to where it rests in my back pocket:

And the inside, with more pronounced curvature:

The money slot has been worn down to become very smooth:

I love the character of this wallet, and I'm definitely excited to see how the CXL continues to evolve.

  7. Thanks man. You're gonna love these jeans, the denim is pretty unique and cool to watch evo. Mine are about as comfortable as sweats at this point too, so you can look forward to that. One of the most underrated best parts of heavyweight denim is how soft and comfy it gets.

  8. Here's the requested fit pics of my ele2s. Sorry they're kind of trippy, I balanced my camera on a camping chair and used the self timer. Gotta get a tripod.

As seen in the G&M thread, because why not kill two birds with one stone?

  9. Keep em for sure, if you could get them all the way buttoned up right away, it'll definitely loosen up enough. My waist hasn't stretched much since it didn't have to, and I wear a belt, but even so its definitely gotten a little looser.

  10. I went size 30, TTS as I have large hockey thighs. Waist wise, I easily could have gone down one or two as is typical, but I would have cut off circulation in my thighs. I've kept the waist from stretching out too much with a belt, and I'm pretty happy with the fit right now. I'll throw up a fit pic later today.
