Runabout Goods chinos are my fav. Classic roomy cut and a few fabric options. 

I’ll echo what others have stated the Freewheelers s601xx hits all the boxes, but I’m also a high rise only wearer. I know the rise might bug some people 

OOE are masters of hype and marketing. Their stuff has always looked cool but the scramble and limited release shit is a huge no for me. I hate that stuff with a passion. 
similar to how ROY did things toward the end. 
Not to say I wouldn’t buy a pair second hand and beat the piss out of em tho like @scooby  

@CSL you should look into the simple tees from Hodis at Runabout Goods. Best tees in my opinion
